Vendée-style house located in the Marais Poitevin, right in the heart of Triaize village with its shops.
The house offers all modern comforts: a fitted kitchen, one 14 m² bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a second 14.5 m² bedroom with two 90 cm beds, a bathroom, separate toilet, a living room, and a lounge with a sofa and a BZ bed.
Outside, you can enjoy a badminton net, table tennis, space for pétanque and football. A barbecue, sun loungers, and garden furniture are also at your disposal.
Rental is available by the week only.
Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on site for an extra charge. Please let us know in advance if you wish to use this service.
Final cleaning is also available for an extra charge.
A security deposit is required on arrival.
