The Accommodation
The townhouse is located in Costa Hispania, a very well-maintained private residential complex with a stunning view of the sea and the “Clot de Galvany” nature reserve.
The house includes a private parking space in the underground garage.

The complex features 4 different pools, a tennis court, a football/basketball court, a playground, and a restaurant/café/bakery.

The grounds resemble a botanical garden with streams and fountains, inviting you to take a stroll or linger in the many small plazas with benches.

It’s just a few minutes’ walk through the dunes to “Playa Carabassi,” a gently sloping sandy beach (Blue Flag),

The “Clot de Galvany” nature reserve invites nature lovers to go hiking. Numerous lookouts offer stunning views of the lake. Birdwatchers will also find plenty to enjoy. Several bunkers remain from the Spanish Civil War.

The house has Wi-Fi for guests, a TV with internet access, and heating.

On the top floor of the house is the rooftop terrace with a magnificent view of the sea and the park. The terrace features a gas grill, an outdoor shower, and a dining table with chairs. The awning can be used to provide shade.

Additional Important Information
From November through the end of April, electricity costs will be billed retroactively upon presentation of proof of usage. Price per kWh: €0.25.
Billing will take place no later than one week after departure via a payment request.
