Welcome to our "Ferienwohnung Veen." Here, you can enjoy a relaxing holiday in a beautiful setting—just a 5-minute bike ride down the bike path, and you’ll be at the fine-sand South Beach!

This accessible apartment is a cosy place for two people. With a bright living room, separate bedroom, separate kitchen, and well-maintained bathroom with shower, it offers a welcoming atmosphere. Enjoy the fresh North Sea air on the apartment’s private terrace—perfect for relaxing or sharing meals outdoors!

At the dining table, with its beautiful panoramic view of the surroundings, you can start your day on the island feeling refreshed. You can prepare your holiday breakfast, snacks for an outing, or dinner in the well-equipped separate kitchenette.

A seating area with a couch, two armchairs, and a TV invites you to relax after a mudflat hike or a walk on the beach.

The separate bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) to ensure a restful night’s sleep. A spacious closet and a coat rack in the hallway provide storage for your holiday wardrobe. Suitcases can be stored in the garage if needed.

The spacious shower room offers additional comfort. The apartment is designed to be wheelchair-accessible and is equipped with a chair and a shower stool.

For our young North Sea holidaymakers, a travel cot (with mattress) and a high chair are available.

You’re welcome to bring your dog (max. 2 pets—€7.50 per night/dog).

The barrier-free, ground-floor holiday apartment on the parterre level is designed to be accessible for people with disabilities and features a wheelchair-accessible entrance as well as a large, wheelchair-accessible bathroom with a shower stool, a shower stool, and a toilet grab bar.

The parking space is located on the property (in front of the white windows; see photo). If needed, you can park your car directly in front of the apartment.

A few more practical tips: The apartment is on the ground floor. You have access to a shared washing machine and dryer for a fee (coin-operated machine). Bicycles and e-bikes can be parked in the garage. There is an outlet there that provides a charging option for e-bikes.

Our “Veen Holiday Apartment” in “Haus Wilhelm-Feldhoff” is located in a quiet area. Just a 5-minute bike ride (18-minute walk) and you’re already at the popular South Beach. With beach chairs, milk stands, and bathrooms, the DLRG-supervised beach offers every comfort for relaxing days at the water’s edge!

You can reach Borkum’s town centre in 6 minutes by bike (25 minutes on foot). Small shops, as well as cosy cafés and restaurants, invite you to take a leisurely stroll and enjoy relaxing breaks.
On Borkum, you’ll experience the perfect blend of activity and relaxation. Bike tours through picturesque dune landscapes, a trip to the “North Sea Climbing Park,” and numerous beach sports are just as possible as walks, wellness treatments, or attending concerts.
