The living area features an open-concept design that harmoniously combines living, cooking, and dining spaces. A modern kitchenette equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, and electric kettle leaves nothing to be desired. The sofa bed in the living room can be used as an additional sleeping space, and the dining area is perfect for social gatherings.

In the bedroom, a comfortable double bed (2 x 0.90 m x 2.00 m) with a high-quality mattress ensures restful nights. A large closet offers plenty of storage space, and a small radio with a CD player provides musical accompaniment. The bathroom features light-colored tile flooring and is equipped with a walk-in shower—both practical and pleasant.

The apartment is designed to be barrier-free and is therefore also suitable for guests with limited mobility (not wheelchair accessible). All windows are equipped with roller shutters, and Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
