Outside, enjoy 2 private balconies facing east and west, as well as a large panoramic terrace exposed to the east, south, and west, with lounge area, dining space, barbecue, and plancha grill. The property offers views of the Atlantic Ocean and pine forest. You are just 50 m from a private pool with snack bar and 300 m from Oura Beach.
Events are not permitted. A private, enclosed garage is available in the building. Access to the attic is strictly prohibited.
