Welcome to Villa Eden Balinais, a fully private Provençal villa of 135 m² located in Le Muy, in the heart of the Var region, offering a peaceful setting with no overlooking neighbors.



Designed to accommodate up to 9 guests, it is perfect for family or group stays and features spacious rooms, a warm atmosphere, and all the comforts you need to fully enjoy the region.



The villa has 2 master suites with queen-size beds and private bathrooms, one bedroom with a double bed, and a family room with a sofa bed and a single bed.



For your comfort, you will also find air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, a workspace, as well as bed linen and towels.



Outside, relax in the private pool heated from April to October, enjoy the 5-person jacuzzi available year-round, several covered and open terraces, a barbecue, garden furniture, a pétanque court, table football, and on-site parking.



Everything is set for you to alternate between swimming, outdoor meals, relaxing moments, and convivial times.



Shops and restaurants are about 5 minutes away, Les Arcs–Draguignan TGV station 8 minutes, the beaches of Fréjus and Sainte-Maxime around 20 minutes, Saint-Tropez about 45 minutes, and Cannes about 50 minutes.
