Tolle Ferienwohnung mit kleinem Balkon, zentrale Lage (Geschäfte, Restaurants, Schmalspurbahn, Seebrücke, Strand) alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein Aufzug im Haus erleichtert das Gepäck zu tragen.

Es war echt super und entspannt und eine echt ruhige lage es war sehr schön bei euch gewesen kann man echt nur weiter empfehlen und überlegen ob wir dann noch mal buchen es war echt traumhaft Zu die küche es ging es war kein abwaschlappen und keine müllbeutel vorhanden gewesen ansonten war es inordnung

Schöne Unterkunft, unübersichtliche Buchung

Zuerst das positive:Die Schlüsselübergabe war total easy.Die Ferienwohnung war sauber, ordentlich und ruhig.Die Lage ist dort auch super, man ist schnell fußläufig bei der Seebeücke, beim Bäcker oder bei der Kurverwaltung.Nun das Negative:Wir hatten relativ spontan gebucht und uns standen Fragen zur Bezahlung offen, aber man konnte niemanden erreichen. Weder telefonisch, noch per E-Mail. Erst am Anreisetag kam eine E-Mail an, die ich schlecht empfangen konnte, weil mein Internet auf dem Handy, für Unterwegs, nicht so gut ist.Generell war die Buchung sehr unübersichtlich.Ich habe so viele E-Mails erhalten, dass mein Postfach überquillt! Da muss ich ehrlich sagen: DAS geht garnicht!!!Zuerst habe ich eine Rechnung erhalten, die ich beglichen habe und danach kam eine neue Rechnung mit allen Kosten, inkl. Hund, die mir erst auf Nachfrage aufgeschlüsselt wurde.- Wie gesagt, alles sehr unübersichtlich.Vor der Anreise bekamen wir eine E-Mail mit dem Code für den Tresor, wo wir den Schlüssel abholen konnten.Am Abreisetag kam eine weitere E-Mail, dass man den Schlüssel zurücklegen soll und den Code ja schon erhalten hat.- Ich finde die Erinnerung nett, aber es ist schonwieder eine dieser vielen E-Mails. Bei sovielen Nachrichten, passiert es schnell, dass man was löscht. Meine Idee: Entweder lässt man die Mail ganz weg und schreibt es gleich in die erste Mail, oder man schreibt den Code wenigstens nochmal dazu. Bei 14 E-Mails macht es keinen Spaß, den Code zu suchen!
