Relax on your private balcony, the uncovered shared terrace, and in the private outdoor pool. A private barbecue is available for outdoor dining, and you can use the tennis court located a 15-minute walk away.
The property offers 2 shared parking spaces on site and accepts 1 pet. Please note that events are not allowed, smoking is permitted in moderation, and pets are not allowed on beds or furniture.
The hosts live on site in a connected studio but not in the reserved villa. Access is best by car due to unpaved roads. Cleaning service is available during your stay for an extra fee. The villa is above Fort St Roch on the Maginot Line of the Alps and below Barbonnet, overlooking the village of Sospel on the salt road, gateway to Mercantour.
