Beautiful sea view villa with garden, located in a quiet and protected residential area of La Croix-Valmer, on the Saint-Tropez peninsula.
A direct pedestrian path in front of the garden leads to a large sandy beach (Plage du Débarquement), reachable in a short and pleasant walk, far from crowded tourist areas.

The Mediterranean garden offers a peaceful setting to relax, and a new 5-seat jacuzzi (available on request) provides comfort and relaxation throughout the year. The neighbourhood is very quiet, safe and friendly, ideal for couples or families.

Gezellige en rustig gelegen woning

We hebben genoten van deze gezellige woning in La Croix Valmer gelegen in een doodlopende straat en dus heel rustig. De eigenaar Arnaud is heel vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam. We komen terug.

Séjour d'été en famille à la Croix Valmer

Belle maison très bien tenue, avec un jardin très agréable, le tout situé à proximité à pied de la mer. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille avec nos enfants de 10 à 15 ans. Arnaud, le propriétaire, est aux petits soins lorsque vous avez la moindre question. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

The house and the location offers everything you need. You can easily walk to the beach, have nice dinners in the garden, three separate bedrooms for a whole family (perfectly sized) and a great landlord Arnaud :-).
