We’ve just renovated our apartment for you with great attention to detail and high-quality materials—including warm oak. The layout is particularly well thought out: The first bedroom also serves as a stylish living and dining area. An elegant slatted partition wall creates a wonderful sense of space here and harmoniously defines the room. In addition to the cosy dining area, a comfortable sleeper sofa, and a smart TV with Netflix, you’ll also find a premium mattress from H+ Manufaktur (handmade in Germany) for maximum sleeping comfort.

The second bedroom also offers high-quality furnishings and tranquility. A real highlight of the entire apartment is the lighting concept, featuring indirect LED lighting and elegant acoustic panels. The integrated USB and USB-C ports right on the bedside lamps are also very convenient, allowing you to charge your devices with ease. A special bonus: the large balcony is directly accessible from both rooms. There, you can relax in our hanging chair and enjoy the view with a slight glimpse of the lake (smoking is permitted on the balcony). The refrigerator is located centrally in the hallway, making it easily accessible from both rooms. A private parking space is available free of charge right at the property.
For those working from home, there’s also a small workspace in the bedroom with high-speed Wi-Fi.

The wellness bathroom, decorated in black and green, features a large rain shower, indirect mirror lighting, and high-quality hotel toiletries that we provide for you. The kitchen is fully equipped with a new stove and oven, dishwasher, SodaStream, and a fully automatic coffee machine.
A basic selection of coffee, tea, and spices is, of course, available to you free of charge.


Location:
The apartment is located on Bahnhofstraße in Dießen—it doesn’t get any more central than this! It’s just a short walk to the water and the train station: you’re only a 1-minute walk from the train station, where trains run every half hour—super convenient—and in just 2 minutes on foot, you’ll be right on the beautiful shore of Lake Ammer. Everything else is right on your doorstep, too, since the historic market square is just a 5-minute walk away. There you’ll find a variety of shopping options, great cafés, cosy Bavarian pubs, and excellent restaurants to suit every taste. Plus, our accommodation is the perfect starting point for day trips: If you want to explore the wider area, it’s easy—Munich is just a relaxed hour away by train or car. Absolute highlights like Garmisch-Partenkirchen with the Zugspitze or the world-famous Neuschwanstein Castle are also just under an hour’s drive away.
