The Home

This welcoming house offers a 45 m² wooden terrace to enjoy the mountain sun—perfect for relaxing, outdoor meals, or evenings under the stars. The attic bedrooms are true havens of peace. The central wood stove warms winter evenings or crackles just for the pleasure of it. The open kitchen invites you to gather around meals prepared with local products. A trampoline is available for children, there’s a shelter for storing mountain bikes or skis, and you have direct access to the nearby river for swimming and cooling off.



Ideal Location

Located between Veynes and Serres (7 km), the house offers direct access to the Buech river, 25 min from Dévoluy ski resorts (alpine skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, cross-country), 10 min from local water sports centers and pools, and 20 min from climbing and via ferrata sites. Two airfields are 8 km away for free flight and aerial sports. Many hiking and mountain biking trails start from the house. Gap is 30 km, Sisteron 40 km, and Lake Serre-Ponçon 45 km away.
