Beachfront Condo! Estero Beach & Tennis Club #508C

Walk miles of silky sand beach, swim in warm tropical gulf waters, enjoy gorgeous sunsets, play tennis on professional courts or simply relax by the heated pool.

From your family room and lanai, you will enjoy the beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico and white sandy beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and over-the-range microwave and other essentials meet all your vacation needs. The unit includes a king size bed, queen sleeper sofa, TV, and Free WiFi. The bathroom has a stand-up shower and a large closet. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

Trolley service runs continuously in front of Estero Beach and Tennis Club where you can tour the entire island for 50 cents! Local attractions nearby like Fish Tale Marina and Lovers Key.

This property is on a physical key. You will need to pick up keys at our office 2085 Estero Blvd. Fort Myers Beach to gain access to this property. Per condo association rules, all guests upon arrival to the complex must sign in with the onsite office at EBT to complete registration forms and receive their parking pass.

* We would like to note that most renovations have been completed at Estero Beach and Tennis (including the pool!). There is still construction occurring across the island and the experience will not be the same as what it was prior to Hurricane Ian, but much progress has been made in the past year. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches that are right next to the towers. *

This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking.

Please note during winter season months (mid December to mid  April), our property is rented Saturday to Saturday only with a one week minimum. This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! Minimum age to rent is 25 years old, during high season we rent from Sat-Sat (from Christmas to Easter) NO SMOKING ALLOWED.

This vacation rental was great as always! The bed is a little uncomfortable but I've slept on worse. This is our second time staying in this exact condo and as always it was great like last time!

Wonderful Condo!

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this condo! We unfortunately ended up going to Florida on a rainy week but it allowed us a lot of time to relax and the condo was very cozy. For me and my husband it was the perfect amount of space and had everything that we need! My only kind of complaint would be how low the bed was and also we really struggled with the temperature at night, we were very warm. But we found a box fan in the closet and it definitely helped! The pool was nice and the location of the condo from the beach was great, it wasn’t busy/crowded at all which was lovely! I would definitely recommend this condo :)

Don't stay here and don't use VRBO

The hot water didn't work at the property .I lost 2 days of vacation dealing with plumbers. The refrigerator barely cold and the ice maker didn't work and it's been like that for 2 years according to reviews. Every time I call VRBO to get it took care of I wind up getting hung up on I've spent over 5 hours on the phone to get hung up on multiple times and they won't give you direct number. Oh and by the way the hot water heater never got took care of because the guy wanted the second opinion he was where he was too cheap to fix anything. Don't expect any customer service from VRBO that's a joke take my advice and stay away from VRBO.

Overall the trip was great. The place was clean, and had a better view then we were expecting. The Security guy the first night was very rude to us the first night we pulled into the condo, but overall it was fine. He just was not informed we had trailer issues on the trip down and had called ahead to make special reservations to keep the boat on property just for the first night until the storage place opened the next morning. Other than him making my wife upset the first night of our anniversary, the rest of the trip went great.

Estero Beach Tennis 508C

Pros: Apt has almost everything you need (sand toys, beach chairs, umbrella) Location (steps to beach, CVS...) TV has ALL the shows you want! White sand beach filled with shells! Cons: Have to pick up/drop off keys 4 miles away (this can take 30 minutes due to traffic and construction-need to replace with key fob on door-super inconvenient) Neighbors are “particular” about noise (don’t let your door slam shut!) Fire alarm has a tendency to go off in the middle of the night for at least 30 min (happened 2x when we were there, regulars said this is common in building C)

Nice vacation spot

The condo was in a nice area and easy to find. The beach was very nice and quiet. A little bit of a hassle with having to get the key over 4 miles from the condo. Only complaint is it was right next to the garbage chute, so every bag drop was very loud inside the condo. Otherwise perfect place to spend a few days!!

Wonderful property. Well equipped condo, good restaurants within walking distances. The only negative comment we have is that the mattress needed to be replaced about 5 years ago. Replace it with a new one and we will be back next winter.

July 2018 Stay

We have rented various properties in 2 of the 3 buildings here at Estero over the past five years, and this one is very clean and bright, and is situated perfectly in the building to view the sunsets over the Gulf every evening. It does not have a full frontal view of the Gulf, so if you are wanting something where you can sit on your balcony and have complete views of the ocean, this unit is not for you. We encountered 2 problems while renting this unit. We had problems with the refrigerator not cooling (milk was lukewarm as well as our cold cuts), and the ice maker in the freezer did not work at all. We tried several temp levels, but nothing worked. We completed the maintenance request form in the Hospitality app and a lady came to the condo to inquire about it, but we decided to tell her to just have someone look at it after we left for the week. The mattress is HORRIBLE in this unit. Please invest in a new one. We can normally sleep on just about any kind of mattress, but this one is BAD!

The pool emulate and what was nice about the Estero Beach and Tennis ( the property I chosen). Is that I ran into several of my Chicago neighbors there!! Great stay ! Great experience.
