Our holiday rental warmly welcomes you and offers a lovely living atmosphere with a large, partially covered terrace where you can relax and enjoy the morning and midday sun.
The living room is modern and comfortably furnished, featuring a dining table, bench, chairs, and TV—inviting you to settle in and feel right at home. There’s also a sofa here that can be pulled out into a sleeper sofa if needed.
The bedroom features two new box-spring beds, two closets, and a TV, so you’ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The beds can be used as a double bed (see photo) or as two single beds.
In the well-equipped kitchen, you’ll find a fully automatic coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, refrigerator, ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, so you’ll have everything you need. Enjoy your breakfast by the kitchen window, on the patio, or in the comfort of the dining table in the living room.
You can also freshen up in the naturally lit bathroom with a shower and toilet. It is equipped with a mirror cabinet, a hair dryer, and a washing machine.
In the bright hallway, there is a coat rack available for storage, so you can conveniently stow your belongings.
Of course, free Wi-Fi and cable TV are available to you.
You can conveniently park your car, RV, or motorcycle in the free carport or parking space.
If you’d like to explore Rottweil by bike, bike parking spaces are available in a lockable bike garage, complete with charging stations for e-bikes.
Rottweil is known as the oldest city in Baden-Württemberg (with over 2,000 years of history) and is beautifully situated on the edge of the Black Forest. Particularly worth seeing are the medieval city centre, the Thyssenkrupp Test Tower—which features Germany’s highest observation deck—and the traditional Rottweil Fasnet carnival.
Another highlight of your stay is the newly opened NECKARLINE suspension bridge.
Rottweil’s city centre is about 2.9 km away, and there’s a bus stop right in front of the house. The Neckar Valley bike and hiking trail also runs right past the house.
