Holiday Rental HaP/06 in the “Haus am Park” resort is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

Enjoy your holiday by the sea in this 53 m² apartment on the mezzanine level. Take advantage of the spacious living area with a kitchenette, the two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. On the west-facing balcony, you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the afternoon and a glass of wine in the evening. It’s only about 50 metres to the fine sandy beach of Kühlungsborn.

The living area is, of course, equipped with a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, Wi-Fi, and a radio with a CD player. Take a seat on the cosy sofa or in the rocking chairs and enjoy some relaxing time in the holiday rental. Across from the sofa is the dining table with 4 chairs.

You can prepare your meals in the well-equipped kitchen. The kitchenette, integrated into the living area, features an oven, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and, of course, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a toaster.

The two bedrooms in the holiday rental promise a restful stay. The first bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds. You can store your holiday clothes in the wardrobes in the bedrooms. You can use the curtains to darken the rooms.

The apartment also features a large bathroom with a shower and toilet, complete with a hair dryer. High-quality vinyl flooring has been installed throughout the apartment.

You can store bicycles you’ve brought with you or rented in the building’s bike storage room. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the building’s common areas.

The “Haus am Park” apartment building combines the charm of the 1920s with modern amenities, located right near the beach. It is one of the most impressive buildings in the centre of Kühlungsborn-West. The former Parkhotel is located right next to the wide, fine-sand beach and is just a 2-minute walk away. A magnificent foyer adorns the entrance to the building and impressively reflects the charm of the turn of the century. At Haus am Park, you’ll find an lift, a bicycle storage room, and coin-operated washing machines and dryers.

Some holiday apartments come with an outdoor parking space, while others include an underground parking space for standard vehicles without sports modifications (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tyres).
