Es ist eine schöne und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Gefehlt hat uns nichts. Das Schlafzimmer im Souterrain ist auch an heißen Tagen schön kühl, die Terrasse ist etwas ,,dschungelig" mit Sonne am Morgen. Das Bad ist groß mit schöner moderner Dusche und Stauraum. Die Nähe zum Strand ist genial, nur kurz über die Straße und schon liegt einem die Ostsee zu Füßen. Es ist zeitweilig recht laut, bei offenen Fenstern, durch die viel befahrene Ostseeallee. Uns hat es jedoch nicht gestört. Die Wohnung ist für Geheingeschränkte und kleinere Kinder eher ungeeignet, da eine Treppe ins Souterrain, zum Bad und zum Schlafzimmer mit Terrasse, führt. Ein Treppengitter/Fallschutz für die Kleinen ist jedoch vorhanden. Diverse Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen, ein Bäcker quasi nebenan. Ein Parkplatz gleich neben dem Haus.
