Holiday Apartment 122 in the Meeresblick holiday complex is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 3 people.

This cosy holiday apartment in the Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn is located on the ground floor and features a furnished balcony with a side view of the sea. With a size of 44 m², the apartment offers plenty of space for a relaxing Baltic Sea holiday, featuring a living area, a dining area, a bedroom, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. The beach is about 50 metres away.

In the spacious living room, a comfortable sleeper sofa (140 x 200 cm) and two rocking chairs with footstools invite you to enjoy cosy TV evenings with a modern flat-screen TV. The sleeper sofa allows for up to three guests to sleep here. The adjacent dining area offers plenty of space to relax.

The adjoining kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a microwave. A toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle are, of course, also available for your use.

In the bedroom, a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) awaits you for a restful night’s sleep. A large mirrored wardrobe offers plenty of storage space for your personal belongings. Pleated blinds and curtains provide pleasant blackout coverage (the bedroom window faces the atrium).

The holiday rental features a tiled shower room with a toilet. A spacious vanity is available for your toiletries. A hair dryer completes the bathroom’s amenities. Tiles cover the floors throughout the living and sleeping areas as well as the hallway. This is a non-smoking apartment; pets are not allowed.

The Meeresblick building, which features an lift and barrier-free access, is located at the western end of the beach promenade in Kühlungsborn. A bicycle storage room as well as coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the communal basement. Your holiday apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage (maximum height 1.50 m, maximum weight 2,000 kg).

The Meeresblick building, located in Kühlungsborn West, is situated directly on the beach promenade and offers direct access to the Baltic Sea beach. Through a spacious, covered atrium featuring live plants, you can reach the holiday apartments via the stairs or the two glass lifts. The south entrance of the building provides barrier-free access. The north entrance provides a short path to the beach. A bicycle storage room, coin-operated washing machines, and coin-operated dryers are available to all guests.


Each apartment comes with an underground parking space for standard vehicles without sports modifications (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tyres). The underground garage also features storage compartments for roof boxes. Please note the maximum permitted vehicle dimensions and weights:
