My main issue was with the company which was not Interhome as I expected and the host. I received contradictory information via the app, WhatsApp and email. Often this information was in German when everything I wrote was in English. I had to ask for it in English numerous times. Don’t advertise that information can be provided in English when it is obvious by the lack of English information in the apartment. I would expect all information including translation on how to use the washing machine (and which one), dishwasher etc to be readily available in English. If that is not possible I suggest that this host/company does not state information and I mean ALL information is available in English because I ended spending hours of my holiday trying to deal with something which I shouldn’t have had to.
