PENTHOUSE F23 – Central 4-room apartment for up to 7 guests, located near the beach

This approximately 110 m² penthouse accommodates up to 7 guests (6 adults + 1 child) and is situated right on Friedrichstraße. From the 180° rooftop terrace, experience a unique panoramic view of Sylt and enjoy relaxing days in the heart of Westerland. The light-filled living and dining area features a pleasant atmosphere, a cozy sofa, a TV, and a dining area for spending time together. If needed, the sofa can be used as an additional sleeping space for one adult and/or one child. The penthouse features three bedrooms—two comfortable double bedrooms (180x200 cm / 160x200 cm) and one single bedroom (120x200 cm). Large built-in closets offer plenty of storage space, and several rooms have direct access to the terrace. The separate kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and offers ample space for preparing meals together. Two bathrooms with showers—one of which is en suite—provide additional comfort and privacy. Spend a relaxing vacation in a prime location and enjoy spacious living comfort as well as an impressive view of Westerland and the island of Sylt. Free Wi-Fi, an assigned parking space (approx. 150 m away), and an elevator to the 4th floor are available (plus 15 steps). Pets are allowed.
