Located in the heart of the beautiful private Cap Bénat estate in Bormes-les-Mimosas, this 200 m² holiday home welcomes up to 10 guests, featuring 5 bedrooms and 5 en-suite bathrooms. Enjoy south-facing terraces, a private pool, a plancha area, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Nestled in a wooded valley, La Touline offers a peaceful view where the sea and the Îles d'Or take center stage.
The nearest beach is just 300 meters from the house, with two additional swimming spots available within the estate. Many walking and mountain biking trails start from the house, offering memorable views of the Var coast and the Hyères islands (Le Levant, Port-Cros, and Porquerolles).
In high season, Cap Bénat estate offers services and activities through its sports and sailing clubs. Tennis, volleyball, pétanque, table tennis, stand-up paddleboarding, sailing, fitness, and yoga classes are available within a 15-minute walk. Some activities are available for an extra charge.
