Lovely Provencal villa with beautiful garden

We stayed two times in this lovely house. We enjoyed the garden with the beautiful surroundings. There is a lot of privacy and when you sit in the garden you will only see the hills and the beautiful nature of Cap Benat (no other houses). It is a traditional Provencal house tastefully decorated. The two bathrooms are a bit simple but convenient and very clean!

Séjour Cap Bénat Avril 2025

Merveilleux sejour

Nous avons été très bien accueillis,très bonne communication entre le propriétaire et la personne qui gère la location ..très réactive et pleines d attentions . Nous avons pu avoir 2lits bébé ,deux chaises hautes ..ect ..villa très pratique ,agréable ,et bien équipée ..petit bémol ..une clim dans les chambres du bas aurait été bienvenue ,surtout pour les bébés . Nous pensons y revenir ..

Pour la climatisation, j'y réfléchis. Je pense aussi à notre cher environnement. Néanmoins, c'est un confort qui peut être intéressant, même si c'est année, il aurait peu servi. Wunderschöner Garten und ortstypisches, schön restauriertes Haus

Wir (4 Erwachsene & 1 Kleinkind) waren 2 Wochen und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das grosse Grundstück liegt im Ferienareal des Cap Benats und ist von viel Grün und Natur umgeben. Die grosszügige Terrasse ist traumhaft und gut geeignet für kleine Kinder, es gibt viel Schatten, sodass wir hauptsächlich draussen im Freien waren. Das Haus hat alles, was man so benötigt. Es ist ein altes, schön renoviertes Haus mit viel Charme. Die Zimmer sind einfach und klar, waren ordentlich und sauber. Die Sauberkeit der Küche war ok, hätte aber wieder einmal einen Frühlingsputz verdient. Insgesamt waren wir aber sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder gehen, wenn wir an der Côte d’Azur eine Unterkunft suchen.

Tout était bien

J'ai passé mes vacances dans cette maison avec ma famille, nous étions à 4 adultes et 4 enfants, il y avait assez de place pour tout le monde. Les enfants jouaient en toute sécurité dehors, pendant que nous préparions le dîner. Deux petits bémols, le fait qu'on a pris le service linge de maison, une seule serviette par personne n'est vraiment pas assez, et la propreté laissait aussi à desirer.

Un séjour très agréable

La maison est très jolie et très bien équipée: il y avait vraiment tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner dans la cuisine. Le grand jardin ombragé et la terrasse sont super.

Traumhafte Tage in grüner Oase

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und nicht einsehbar in traumhafter Lage in der Domaine Cap Benat. Das Grundstück ist grosszügig angelegt mit schönen Terrassen und Sitzgelegenheiten auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen. Das Haus ist schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, die Küchen ist gut ausgestattet und wir hatten als fünfköpfige Familie ausreichend Platz. Wir wurden von Lina sehr freundlich und kompetent empfangen. Wir würden gerne jederzeit wiederkommen.

maison pleine de charme et bien placée

nous avons passé un très bon moment , malgré le manque de climatisation et certaines moustiquaires aux fenêtres hors d' usage, Dommage que la douche en bas soit limitée à un pommeau fixe inutilisable pour les grands . L' accès parking dans le jardin est assez étroit . Le jardin est luxuriant , le coin repas sur la terrasse très agréable , maison bien équipée et meublée avec goût . A proximité en voiture de la plage des cigales et de portofino ( superbe )

Lieu et plage calme

Ce lieu est vraiment beau et la plage est proche (5-10 minutes à pied), calme et magnifique!!! La communication avec le propriétaire était super. La cuisine et les salles de bains n‘étaient pas très propres. Mais en générale on a bien profité de notre séjour et je recommande d‘y passer les vacances!!!

Vacances d'automne

Tranquilité e plages parfaites. La maison a tout ce qu'il faut et rien d'inutile. Les seuls aspects négatifs sont les tiroirs dans la cuisine, qui ont été sale (mais facile à nettoyer) et la douche au premier étage qui manque de pression d'eau - ou c'est le robinet qui ne fonctionne plus. Nous avons passés de très belles vacances et nous aimerions bien la louer en automne prochain.

Maison très agréable pour vacances paisibles

Belle maison, au calme et agréable sentiment de tranquillité au milieu des arbres et du jardin. Confortable et bien équipée, la maison permet de passer un séjour reposant. seuls petits bémol, le domaine du Cap Benat repose assez largement sur l’usage de la voiture (marcher le long des routes n’est pas toujours rassurant!) mais cela ne dépend évidemment pas du propriétaire. Je recommande cette maison et y retournerais avec plaisir.

Entouré de la nature - calme et idyllique

Maison très agreable, bien installée et bien placée. Très joli jardin. Pas loin d'une petit plage très idyllique, naturelle et propre. Etait très calme aprés Covid 19 ouverture (peut-être pas toujour comme ça?). Nous avons eu une des notre meilleures vacances. Le propriétaire étais très attentionné, aimable et sympathique.

Zwei wunderbare Wochen / Herbst 2019

Das romantische Anwesen liegt inmitten von hohen schattenspenden Bäumen, ruhig und eingebettet in der wilden Natur. Praktisch und geräumig eingerichtet für 5 Personen ideal. Der Weg zu Fuss ans Meer ist in 10 Minuten gut machbar. Manche vermissen die Sicht auf das Meer. Leider lassen die Qualität der Betten und die Sauberkeit der Küche und Bad zu wünschen übrig. Dafür schätzten wir den natürlichen Umschwung sehr. Im Herbst lohnt es ich warme Kleider mitzunehmen... wir können uns gut vorstellen wieder zu kommen. Herzliche Dank Stephan und Familiy
