SUMMERSPELL 303 offers an AMAZING, expansive Gulf/beach view from your balcony, as well as from inside this unit. Enjoy emerald waters, white sand and breathtaking sunsets!
If you prefer a quaint retreat, you will love SUMMERSPELL 303. It is perfect for couples, small families and 'girl getaways' at an affordable price.

Slow down, sit back and enjoy yourself. Our hope is that you feel right at home and make wonderful memories.
A crosswalk for easy beach access, as well as a bike/walking path, run right in front of our complex.
You are close to Outlet shopping, Destin Commons, and Sandestin. You can walk to one of our favorites, Pompano Joe's, for the catch of the day and a fun place to hangout and listen to the live music.

The perfect view of the beach.

We loved the location and the view and everything it was perfect. We will for sure be back. The condo was clean the sheets were refreshing on the comfortable bed. I wished we would have booked a longer stay. Anyone looking for the perfect place to stay for 4 to 5 people this condo is perfect. And Kay was always there when I needed her and answered every question I had.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Summer Spell and hope to return again. Unit provides everything you need with a convenient location across the street from a beautiful beach. And walking distance from Pompano Joe's! Management company was responsive to questions during our stay.

Summer Spell

We have stayed at this property multiple times and always enjoy it. The location to the beach is great, with fantastic view of the ocean and the fact it is off of the main roadway makes it less hectic. Kay is always very friendly and accommodating.

Perfect place to stay with your family! Pictures do not do it justice!!! Kay is an absolute pleasure to work with! The quiet and quaint little condo community's the balcony overlooks the pool with an amazing oceanview! The condo has absolutely everything you would need in it! Fabulous Stay at Summer Spell 303!

It was a wonderful condo with a great view! We had everything that we needed in the condo with the beach directly across the street. It was in a very convenient location with restaurants, shops, etc. all around us. It was a well needed vacation and expectations were exceeded. Thank you and we will come back next year!

Great location. The beach is right across the road. Very comfortable condo for my wife and I. Loved the deck. Spent a lot of time in the pool/hot tub area. We loved walking down the beach to breakfast. Restaurants within walking distance. We’ll be back.

Beautiful view from the balcony. Comfortable bed and furniture. Owners were very helpful. The beach was right across the street. Beautiful, cool, white sandy beaches. Great restaurants within walking distance. Unit was just as pictured.

Amazing Condo with a spectacular view!

Summerspell did NOT disappoint. Perfect size for my husband and I. Fantastic view and great value. It was close to everything and Kay was available for any questions we had. The condo is on the 3rd floor but the steps weren’t bad at all. Very comfortable bed and we are already planning to book again for next year!

We live locally and have always wanted a beach getaway. The time was right when we found Summerspell 303. Summerspell is a favorite among locals for it's quaint size, magnificent, unobstructed views and great location.
My husband is an avid fisherman and if you are interested in fishing during your stay, he will be happy to share information and answer questions.
We just love to sit and gaze at our spectacular emerald waters and white sand. We appreciate that we live in such a beautiful place and want to share that with you.
We decided to try to manage our beach getaway ourselves to be sure that it meets the standard that we would expect for our guests. As locals, we have tried to provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and fun things to do.
We will try to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable.

We didn't look any further after seeing Summerspell. From the moment we walked in to the awesome view we knew it was right for us. Being locals, we are familiar with the Destin area and what it has to offer. We wanted a quaint complex, of course awesome views were on our list, and a location close to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Summerspell has it all! We hope you will
