About this property

Lighthouse 5 - Bright maisonette apartment with balcony near Nordstrand

The “Lighthouse Norderney” was completed in 2021 and is newly furnished. It’s centrally located in city centre Norderney, near the Klamottendenkmal. Shops, restaurants, and cosy cafés are just a few minutes’ walk away. And it’s just a stone’s throw away from the popular North Beach, too!

Our “Lighthouse 5” is a bright, welcoming apartment with real wood parquet flooring, a separate bedroom in the attic, a fully equipped built-in kitchen, and a balcony. The cosy sofa (180 cm) can be folded out into a full-size bed (with a slatted frame and mattress) in just a few
simple steps. The dining area and kitchen-diner are perfect for relaxing evenings. The swivel-mounted smart TV can be easily adjusted to the desired position.

The separate bedroom in the attic, featuring a box-spring bed (180 cm), offers ample storage space as well as a second TV. The shower room is equipped with a floor-level shower pan.

The house offers storage space for bicycles and Wi-Fi. Strollers can be stored safely and out of the rain in the stairwell.
