Apartment Aussichtsplatz:
Our newly built vacation apartment (in 2025), featuring its own terrace, is located in a quiet, sunny, and central spot between Zell am Ziller and Mayrhofen. A panoramic setting with a breathtaking view of the mountains. Right next door, the Talbach Waterfall is a sight to behold, accessible on foot or via the via ferrata. Right next door, the Jausenstüberl Talbach treats guests to regional specialties in the summer. Hikers, walkers, and cyclists can access hiking trails and biking routes directly from our house. In winter, the two largest ski areas—the Zillertal Arena and the Mayrhofen Mountain Railways—are easily accessible by car or ski bus in no time. The ideal vacation destination for active travelers, nature lovers, and those who enjoy the finer things in life.

Our vacation rental consists of:
