This cosy stone holiday home offers a bright, welcoming atmosphere and modern amenities for a relaxing holiday. The centrepiece is the open-concept living and dining area with a comfortable sofa nook, a fireplace, and a TV. The dining table provides space for shared meals and lively game nights, while the contemporary kitchen makes it easy to prepare your own meals. Two large, well-maintained bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed and offer pleasant retreats. Another small room remains private and is not available to guests. The tastefully designed bathroom, featuring a shower, toilet, two-person whirlpool, and built-in sauna, offers the perfect setting for relaxation. At the end of your stay, utility costs are paid in cash on site: electricity 0.69 EUR/kWh, water 5.70 EUR/m³, and heating oil 4.10 EUR per unit. Two dogs are allowed. Please bring your own bed linens and towels unless they have been included in your booking. The minimum age for the primary guest is 25 years.

Children will find plenty of fun play options on the property, including a sandpit and a swing set. The spacious, partially covered terrace offers plenty of room for sunbathing, barbecuing, and relaxing outdoors. Thanks to its location near the beach and the spacious property, the outdoor area is particularly well-suited for peaceful holidays with easy access to the water.
