This is our home away from home, so is completely equipped with everything you should need : luxury Bedding, Towels, Beach Towels, hair dryers in both bedrooms. Walk in closets with plenty of hanging storage, laundry baskets, beach cart umbrella , cooler , kids buckets and spades
We have new (2025) equipped kitchen appliances new 2025 including keurig coffee machine. Electric kettle,toaster dishwasher, microwave, ceramic Hob, fridge freezer.
There is a shared washing machine & tumble dryer just outside the door.
There is a communal heated Pool, clubhouse that has a library of books to share,

Ricky and sharon have been married over 35 years, siesta key is one of our favourite places in the world .we have 3 grown up children and four beautiful grand children . We decided to buy the condo after being drawn back on a regular basis , our children love it here , the beach is fantastic and the locality of the condo makes living so easy , everything you need is right outside the door . And for us this was a big draw
Why they chose this property
Family vacations , the Location is important so you can spend time relaxing ,within 5 or 6 mins walk you have everything you will need , beach, friendly bars, restaurants, cycle and boat hire , fishing . Groceries .drug store ,post office . Free (tips only) taxis run up and down the key to the main village if you want to venture further .heated community pool with newly block paved deck
