Perfect year-round vacation – warm crystal blue waters, tropical breezes, and the most inspiring sunsets on earth await you.
Enjoy life at its best in this top floor gulf view condo. The 2 bedrooms/2 bathroom condo is located on world’s famous Crescent Beach on Siesta Key — recognized internationally for its fine powdery white sand — cool to walk on even on the hottest day in the Summer! Crescent Beach on Siesta Key is rated #1 in the USA.

This Condo has a good view of the beach from the open balcony. The condo’s open plan offers a lot of room with fully equipped kitchen with everything preparing a gourmet dinner or order in pizza. The dining room seats comfortably 8 people. The bathrooms are remodeled. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest room has 2 queen size beds. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room so that 7 people can sleep in the unit. There is a free Wi-Fi in the unit and there are Smart TVs in all the rooms allowing you to watch your favorite movies on Netflix and Hulu. Other amenities are an assigned parking space, a heated pool, tiki hut, grill, private beach, and laundry facilities on each floor.

Use the lounge chairs provided either under the tiki huts or in the sun or take your own chair out to the gulf water with your favorite beverage and enjoy the day in the sun watching the dolphins, shell hunting, walking, or just relaxing. Or enjoy any type of water activity there is (boating, snorkeling, fishing, parasailing, jet skis, kayaks, etc). At the end of the day on the beach be sure to watch the sunset before you start your evening of dining.
If you feel like driving, there are theme parks, casino, and other attractions an hour away and of course, a huge selection of the restaurants and fine dining.
The location of the condo is superb with the Gulf of Mexico on one side and restaurants and shops across the street, including the world's # 1 voted clam chowder. It is also conveniently located, 10 minutes from I-75 allowing you to get quickly to any destination between Tampa and Naples. The condo is 20 minutes away from Sarasota Airport (SRQ), 1 hour away from Tampa International (TPA) and 1 hour away from the airport in Fort Myers (RSW).

Would stay here again! Has everything you need including cooler, ice pack, beach towels, and water toys. Close to restaurants and trolley stop. To clarify someone else’s review, there are gas grills at back of building. It is technically on beach but not for public use and is secured. It is also covered so you can eat in the shade. There are also a couple charcoal grills if you want. Private beach area is a plus!!

The host was welcoming and understanding. The unit and amenities are in good shape. The one minor issue was that cleanliness could have been better, particularly the floors, but the host assured me that he will address the issue with the cleaning crew.

This was great for a quick family getaway on the beach! My kids loved the pool, the beach was easy to access via a short walk through the parking lot, the building was quiet at night and our rooms comfortable so we could rest, and restaurants were just across the street so we didn't have to drive if we didnt feel like it!

The property was great and everything that was needed for our stay was provided. The unit was clean and the location was steps away from the beach. Michael the host was amazing. Great communication and even provided his cell number with instructions to call or message him if any problems arise. None did. He is by far one of the best hosts I’ve had yet. Will absolutely stay here again!

Loved the condo, furnishings and all. Everything was clean, wifi worked great, Great communication with owner. Beautiful beach and wonderful location. Loved that the property provided sun chairs for the beach. It was in walking distance to restaurants, shops and Grocery store. It was our first time in Siesta Key and we will defidently be back!
