"Altes Labor" Vacation Rental at the Maritime Museum - Vacation Rental

Cosy holiday apartment for 2 people (can accommodate up to 2 additional guests on the sleeper sofa) in a central location in Stralsund’s Old Town. The apartment is located on a quiet side street with a view of St. Mary’s Church.

The city centre, the harbour, and the train station are all within easy walking distance. Shopping, cafes, and restaurants are nearby.

The apartment features a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a storage cabinet for suitcases, and serves as a walk-through room to the bathroom.

The bright living area features a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining table, a cosy sofa, and a smart TV—the perfect spot to relax.

For our youngest guests, we provide a travel cot (1 metre long) and a high chair. There is plenty of space for the cot in the bedroom.

A courtyard is available for shared use by the building’s residents.
You can lock your bikes there in a bike shelter. An e-bike charging station is also available there.

Parking is available on public streets. Please also note the multi-day parking deals offered by the car parks for longer stays.



Holiday rental:

The apartment is located in the premises of a former dental laboratory. The original character has been deliberately preserved through the striking ceiling with its modern industrial look, giving the accommodation a special charm.

The non-smoking apartment is located on the ground floor and offers comfortable amenities for a pleasant stay.

The former lab space has been converted into a cosy living area with an integrated kitchenette and a separate bedroom. The kitchenette is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, hand mixer, as well as cookware, pots, pans, and dishes.

The bedroom features a double bed (180 × 200 cm), two nightstands, a spacious wardrobe, and a storage cabinet for suitcases. From here, you can access the spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.

The hot water temperature is controlled by a central thermostat and is set uniformly for all faucets in the bathroom.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
