Relax & Enjoy this fully renovated MODERN beachfront condominium with stunning 12th floor balcony views of the Gulf of Mexico & Perdido Pass. New windows & sliding doors.

Included in this 2 BR/2 bath condo is a fully stocked kitchen w/ all new stainless steel appliances, modern mosaic tile backsplash, new quartz countertops, & updated cabinetry.

Also enjoy all new beds, mattresses, linens & towels throughout. The master bedroom has 1 king bed w/ a new 42' flat screen TV & DVD player. Stunning beach views also await you from the master bedroom w/ balcony access/sliding door.

The 2nd bedroom has 2 new full beds and a full bathroom. This bedroom has a 32" flatscreen TV.

Both bathroom renovations include new/updated cabinetry, new countertops, new tile floors, new sinks & all new bath/shower hardware.

This condo also features all new lighting, ceiling fans, new living room furniture, new 52" flatscreen TV, and an oversized goose-down cushion sofa that can sleep 1 (twin size). Beautiful beachfront views in master bed & living/main area.

The dining table seats 6 & the kitchen countertop bar seats 2. The new (not updated pic) outdoor patio table seats 4.

Phoenix 7 has a large pool and a kids pool. There are also 7 outdoor grills around 2 gazebos with tables near the pool.

The property also has a large indoor heated pool 3 hot tubs, a men and woman's sauna, tennis courts, basketball goal, & a racquetball court. There is also an exercise room with weight machines, treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, and stair climbers.

There are many restaurants, stores, & marinas located nearby. Walk to The Gulf restaurant & bar, Voyagers Restaurant, Zeke’s marina/restaurant, San Roc Caye Marina & shops!

The condo was the best one we’ve stayed at in Orange Beach over the last 30 years. The host was very responsive. Great view, great amenities (fitness room, sauna, pools, racketball court, tennis court. The entire property is very clean and there is no waiting for any of the elevators.

Unit was clean and nicely decorated, and communication and check-in was very easy. We made full use of the property including the pools, hot tubs, beach, and grills. The building is certainly not new, but it is well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, utensils, and some cleaning supplies. The beds were comfy, there were extra pillows, and plenty of towels for our stay. Location is great - short drive to a walmart, Publix, gas, and plenty of shops and restaurants.

Very nice condo in a great location. Nice amenities and easy access to beaches and other attractions. Only minor downside was the limitation of 2 parking passes per condo. I have family that lives in the area so I was hoping to purchase an additional parking pass so they could visit. Instead, we had to meet offsite. I totally understand this in the height of summer but this was April and the lot was barely half full. This is not on the condo owner as this is a building limitation. Other than that, I would highly recommend this condo!
