On-site fees: Sauna at Hotel Alpenblick (Free) A visit to the sauna at Hotel Alpenblick relaxes your muscles with soothing warmth. In addition, sweating helps detoxify your body. A cold shower afterwards also strengthens your cardiovascular system, as the transition from hot to cold helps keep your blood vessels elastic. Saunas are good for your health! The sauna is open daily from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Sauna towels and dressing gowns are provided at the hotel. Leave all your tension behind in the Hotel Alpenblick sauna and enjoy one or more sauna sessions at 70 to 90°C, complete with infusions. Our tip: If you take a sauna before bed, serotonin is released, helping you fall asleep faster and sleep more deeply!



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
