Charming farmhouse renovated in 2020, rated 3 stars, set in the heart of the Touraine forest. Enjoy 275 m² of living space on a private 1.2-hectare estate with no neighbors or overlooking properties—ideal for family or group stays (up to 13 guests), just 10 minutes from Amboise and close to the Loire Valley castles. Wi-Fi available, step-free access, and self check-in for flexible arrival.



HOUSE: Entrance with cloakroom. Fully equipped kitchen (range cooker, 3 ovens, 2 large fridge-freezers, food processor, coffee machines, 2 raclette sets). Spacious living/dining room with large table, sofa, TV, DVD player, Bluetooth soundbar, reading/desk area. 5 bedrooms with TV and private bathroom (walk-in shower, WC): 3 on the ground floor with double beds, 2 upstairs (single beds and mezzanine). Central heating, heated towel rails. Washer and dryer available.



OUTDOORS: Covered, heated pool at 28°C (April–October), secured, with outdoor shower. Pétanque court, barbecue, garden furniture, loungers, foosball, swing, hammock. Private garden, terrace, playground, children’s toys and books. Baby bed and high chair available. One pet allowed (for an extra fee).



INCLUDED: Beds made on arrival, bed linen, towels, bath mats, cleaning products, homemade honey. Non-smoking property, no events. Parking and garage on site. Optional: daily bread/pastry delivery, catering service on request.
