Lovely quiet, modern holiday home

The house is much bigger than it appears in the photos, the living area is very spacious with a clean, well equipped kitchen. The pool and garden were great, with some neat modern touches. The location of the property is at the edge of the town on a very quiet road, making the overall experience very peaceful. The town is has everything you need with several supermarkets close by. The property is perfectly placed to explore the famous chateaux and we would recommend a canoeing trip on the Cher under the Chateau de Chenonceau. Communication with the hosts, Gilles and Évelyne, was great and gave us everything we needed. Thanks!

Highly recommend!

We stayed at this house for a week and were very comfortable. Communication with the owners was uncomplicated as well as the hand over from the house keeper. Everything was very clean, the pool is great and is heated to 27 degrees. The house is much larger than we thought, the pictures dont do it justice. It actually has 5 very large bedrooms upstairs, one with a single bed, 3 rooms with queen beds (160x200)(one with an ensuite) and one room with two single beds, including a large play area. There are in total three toilets and two showers. The area is very quiet, the garden is lovely and secluded. There is a fridge freezer with and ice cube dispenser in the kitchen and it has everything you need to prepare a meal as well as a BBQ outside. We had a very enjoyable stay at this house, the town of Montrichard was tiny but lovely and had everything we needed and we were able to enjoy the Loire Valley region from there and its beautiful Chateaux‘s. Thanks for the lovely stay!

Idéal avec enfant

Très grande maison avec de nombreux jeux, piscine et espace extérieur. Possibilité de visiter le zoo et de magnifiques chateaux dans un rayon de moins de 25 minutes en voiture. Accueil chaleureux.

Nous avons passé une super semaine. Gilles et Evelyne sont très accueillants et disponibles au moindre soucis. La maison est située dans un endroit calme sur un immense jardin bien entretenu et la piscine chauffée à 26 degrés est juste parfaite. Nous n’avons manqué de rien et nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour. A refaire sans hésitation.

Très bon séjour à montrichard

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison d'Evelyne et de Gilles près des châteaux de la Loire. A 8 adultes et un bébé de 20 mois nous ne sommes pas du tout sentis à l'étroit; la maison etait très agreable lumineuse et très bien équipée avec un équipement bébé complet, et un joli jardin. merci à Evelyne et Gilles pour leur disponibilité !
