This property is absolutely superb, fantastic location & really well laid out, with even air conditioning in the foyer by the lift. Excellent large outside terrace, which we spent a lot of time on, people watching at the Palais, with powered shutters & a powered awning. The apartment is just minutes from the beach, restaurants & bars. We loved it, having spent a number of holidays in Cannes, this was undoubtably the most convenient location.

The apartment is clean, fresh and modern with plenty of amenities. It’s in a perfect location and is within easy walking distance of all attractions, bars, restaurants and the train station. The view is just beautiful and we loved sitting out on the balcony every morning and evening watching the world go by and spotting the cruise ships!

We would absolutely stay here again when visiting Cannes.
