Located on the 6th floor of Tower 1, this 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo offers a full view of the Gulf with no interruptions which provides a more peaceful setting but just a few steps to the amenities, pools located at Tower 2 and Tower 3. Enoy a relaxing evening In the living room where guests have a comfortable sectional sofa, with a queen size sofa sleeper for extra bedding, new Lazy-boy recliner and decor, TV, & DVD player, or take advantage of the beachfront balcony and catch the amazing sunrise for the early risers, possibly catch a dolphin or two playing in the Gulf waters. The master bedroom features a beautiful Gulf view, NEW king size bed, new flooring, a desk to take care of business if needed while away, television, access to the unit's private balcony, and a master bathroom that has a jetted tub/shower combo. For additional guests the second bedroom has 2 NEW full size beds and a TV. Adjacent to the guest bedroom is the hall bathroom that has a shower/tub combination. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with all new stainless appliances and ample cookware and bakeware to prepare a home cooked meal while guests can dine at the table with seating of 6 and 3 at the breakfast bar. A beautiful view of the Gulf can be seen from the unit's balcony that sits off of the living room, this view can be seen from the dining area as well as the kitchen! All units include a full size washer and dryer, cable television, and WiFi. Please no smoking or pets allowed on property.

Every single thing about this place was wonderful!!! We will definitely be staying here again! But I have to say that our favorite part was that when our daughter and her family checked in, they ended up being right next door to us!!! We don’t know how that even happened!!! It was great!!!
