Tennis or Pickleball anyone?! A newly built regulation-sized tennis court with pickleball lines and a basketball hoop sets our Courtside Villa property apart from the rest! Together with the heated pool & spa, built-in BBQ and two outdoor fire pits, this home has exceptional outdoor living space from which to enjoy the great Arizona weather. This fresh feeling home has been newly renovated and has all new transitional, comfortable furniture throughout. The newly renovated kitchen (2024) is equipped to prepare any size meal with dishes, bake ware, small appliances, serving pieces and lots of extras including a beverage refrigerator. Top quality pillow top mattresses and luxurious 660+tc hotel quality linens ensure a great night's sleep in any of the 4 bedrooms (3 King beds, 1 Queen bed). If additional sleeping space is needed, we also provide a Queen size and/or Twin size EZ Bed, which are both raised inflatable beds on frames at a normal bed height.

The bathrooms and laundry room are newly renovated with marble countertops and stainless steel fixtures - there is a new washer and dryer. The home has been fully repainted and features Saltillo tile flooring and wood beams throughout. Very spacious built-in closets are in each bedroom.

Enjoy all the comforts of home including 2 indoor and 2 outdoor fireplaces, a selection of board games, Free WiFi, expanded cable package with high definition channels, local area information, fitness equipment (free weights, yoga mat, fitness ball) and much more. For families traveling with young children, we gladly provide a pack n' play if needed.

Located in a quiet, southwestern neighborhood just minutes from Pinnacle Peak, Troon, the Four Seasons Resort and McDowell Mountain Regional Park hiking - and of course many world-class golf courses that this area is so well known for.

Relax and unwind in the shade of umbrellas or in the sun with many chaise loungers and outdoor seating areas. Or play pickleball, a set of tennis, splash in the newly resurfaced pool or relax in the spa - this resort-like setting is perfect for friends and family to enjoy!

POOL HEATING: We recommend that the pool be heated between Oct 1st and Jun 10th in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. Pool heating is optional and available for $75/day. There is a minimum of three (3) consecutive days, and pool heating may only be scheduled for the full duration of the reservation - not for select days. Definitely let us know before your arrival if you want to enjoy swimming during your visit without a wetsuit! (Hint: an unheated pool stays just above the low temps of the night.)
