We start you out with basic paper products and supply laundry detergent and dishwashing liquid but do not supply shampoo or soaps!!!
YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS!! WE DO NOT SUPPLY SHEETS!
We do not supply beach towels, chairs, or umbrellas. We do supply bath towels that must stay in the house and be washed before you leave.

1st floor has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. 2 queens and 2 twins. 2nd floor has living room dinning room and kitchen and a double bed room and 1 bath. 3rd floor has 1 queen bedroom and 1 bath. There are balconies off of the 2nd floor living room and bedroom and the 3rd floor bedroom. 5 Bedroom 3 Bath Home One Block from Beach. NOT BEACH FRONT!!!!!!!!!!! When going into the 1st floor bedrooms, you walk through the 1st bedroom to get to the 2nd, and through the 2nd to get to the 3rd. Its meant more for a kids area. The tv is in the 2nd bedroom. We supply bath towels not beach towels. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF NEIGHBORS AND FOLLOW OUTDOOR QUIET HOURS OF 1030pm. NO PETS ALLOWED. THANK YOU

First-timers with VRBO

The house is roomy and only 1 short block to the path to the beach—close enough for older kids to run back for drinks, etc. The deck and gathering area are comfortable with plenty of seating. Kitchen is well furnished. No ice maker, but several ice trays.

Lovely Stay!

Went with both our kids and their families so 12 of us altogether! Yes we did have to put an air mattress up for two of our little ones. We found the house to be very well equipped, everything you could need. Location is fabulous just around the corner from beach, although there could have been some fine cleaning ( such as cleaning fronts of kitchen cupboards and wiping around door handles) for the most part this was certainly just like home ( unless you are a clean freak!!!!) I don't understand the negative reviews! This house is in a multi million dollar neighbourhood and we all had a wonderful time! Kitchen was so well equipped everything you could possibly need. Personally I would not hesitate to go back! Eric was very quick to respond to any questions.

really not clean

we spent 7 days at this place the location of the house is perfect very very close to the beach the beach is perfect now let's talk about the house we have to pay for the cleaning but the cleaning must not have been done for a very long time because there was food in the sofas which leads to the proliferation of harmful insects (ants, cockroaches, wasps) we must have killed several of them some household appliances not working (microwave in addition) sorry for his bad comments but hey, things have to be said as they are we still had a very pleasant week, Virginia is ideal for having a good tim

Family Vacation

Overall my family and I had an amazing stay at this property! It was in a great location close to everything the beach, the boardwalk just a short drive, and any stores that were needed. There were a few minor issues, but nothing that couldn’t be worked around. The owner, Eric, he was amazing at communicating with us with questions or if the was a an issue. Would definitely stay at this location again!

Nice house!

Overall, the location was great and the house had plenty of space for all of us. Issue with check in that prevented us from entering the house for about two hours. Other than that, great place.

The house was clean and in hind sight the photos tell the story. The property is very dated but the location was great for fishing the VBBT tournament.

Dirty, unsafe house in a nice location

We arrived at the house after a long drive with 2 young children and the house was close to being uninhabitable that night. The entire house was filthy. The rugs and couches in the living room were soiled. There was so much dust in the house that it hung from the ceiling in places. Both of my kids have dust allergies... The house says it has 5 bedrooms. But the kids’ bedroom has a technical closet with a heater/AC unit inside of it (not locked or anything) with a bedroom door going out to the street! All of the air vents/filters were full of dust that was protruding forward. Mold was framing the vents, and pieces of the wall were falling off in places. The lower level was freezing cold and there was a note near the AC to not adjust it. There were cockroaches in the house. Many of the electrical outlets were loose and did not work. The water temperature in the bathrooms was not properly regulated and scald hazard. The blankets were all dirty. The closets/cabinets in every single room were full of the owners’/previous guests’ stuff and all sorts of rubbish. Most bedroom/bathroom doors did not lock. WiFi was useless upstairs or downstairs and was slow on the main level. The kitchen had very minimal cookware. The dishwasher was not properly installed and came out of the wall/counter each time we opened it. Halfway through our stay, it stopped working altogether. The handle from the freezer fell off too, it was glued with construction foam to the freezer before. The vacuum cleaners were useless and full of dust. The little rusty tile table in the living room had broken tile so we decided to move it to the side to keep our kids from running into it and cutting themselves but the table started falling apart as soon as we touched it so we had to take it out to the patio altogether as it became a hazard for the kids in the middle of the living room. The owner is now charging us over $200 in damage for that old table. The outside shower had boxes of electrical wires right next to the shower. I got shocked slightly one time trying to open the water so we stopped using the outside shower for the fear of getting electrocuted and used the hose to wash off sand instead. The patio table is broken and the umbrella is not securely attached. The house is run down and in need of safety inspection, serious repairs, and cleaning. It is not a safe house for people to stay in (let alone vacation and rest) in its present state.

Lacking cleanliness

We new property was rustic but that does not mean dirty. Floors were dirty, not cleaned for awhile. Air conditioner vent was filthy and looked like it was covered in either dirt or mold. Lots of bugs came out when we opened cover to grill. Would not recommend to a friend.

Perfect family getaway

Clean, spacious property. Excellent neighborhood. Literally a 2 minute walk around the corner to the beach which was more secluded and not overpopulated. Literally a 2 minute drive to the boardwalk and other fun attractions. Eric was super easy to work with and we had absolutely no issues. Highly recommend this property amd we hope to come back again

Awesome place to go to for vacation

It was a nice place. Enough room for everyone that was with us. The place was clean. It had an issue with the lighting In the one room downstairs but as soon as I got in contact with Eric about the issue. He sent someone out as soon as he could and took care of the issue. That didn't ruin out stay in any way. You can't beat the fact you can walk right to the beach just around the block.

Perfect Getaway

The house is very charming and cozy. It was perfect for what we needed and in a very nice area. I loved how close to a more secluded beach it was! It had lots of outdoor chill space and plenty of room for a large family.

Excellent location. One block from the beach. Quiet and upscale neighborhood. Great space in the house open layout on main floor. Plenty of parking off and on street. Multiple entrances to the home.

Out dated but nice location

Location was perfect, 4 minutes from everything! Furniture and tv’s are really out dated. Property wasn’t very clean when we arrived. The beds are horrible and hard. For the amount of money we paid for a weekend they could have put good beds at least. Blankets had holes in them. We rent off VRBO all summer and usually can find better quality houses. I don’t know if I would do this one again. Creature comforts are important to us when we’re away from home!

Eric is a great host

5 min walk to a great beach that was not crowded. Three full baths (one on each floor) was a huge and welcome surprise. Outdoor shower near 1st floor back door was great. Eric was extremely accommodating no matter what we asked!

Perfect Family House

The house is definitely prettier than the pictures even though the pictures are nice. It was literally a two minute walk to the beach and the entrance to the beach brought you to a part of the beach that was not very busy so it was easy to find a spot. Good value!

Distance to beach is perfect for teens! Plenty of room to stretch out. The set up gave everyone their own place and space. Neat house! Some plumbing issues but Eric addressed immediately. Hope to rent here again!
