Historic Home in desirable, bustling Woods Hole Village with lovely views of Eel Pond from the farmers porch. Sit out on the rocking chairs and enjoy the harbor. Sweet garden with picnic table and charcoal grill. Charming kitchen and large living/dining space. One bedroom has queen sized bed. Second bedroom has bunk beds, full sized on bottom and twin on top. Short distance to Stony Beach, Ferry to the Vineyard, Shining Sea bike path and all the restaurants and shops on Water Street. Guests have exclusive use of entire first floor, porch and yard. 3 car driveway parking with two in tandem. Owner in residence upstairs with private entrance and separate parking. Pets allowed with restrictions. Available for July and/or August. Due to Covid, Guests must check out at 11 am on the 29th. Truly a special place. We live locally and will be there to assist you.
