Fresh River runs peacefully along the backyard, creating additional views from the kitchen and all three bedrooms. Built in 2022, this home has all the amenities you would expect at a high-end boutique hotel while maintaining the privacy and comforts of home. Designed with original Bywater Court neighborhood architecture in mind, you'll find a meeting of old and new Cape Cod. The space is maximized for views with its extra large windows; for gathering with its open floor plan; and for comfort with its high-end finishes and amenities. You'll find vintage surf magazines on the shelves and eclectic art on the walls - all to create a unique and memorable Cape Cod vacation. With an ideal location on the stretch of coastline between Falmouth Harbor and Woods Hole (known as Surf Drive), this home has the best of Cape Cod at its doorstep. From this home, you are a three minute walk to the closest beach; a five minute drive to the Harbor or Falmouth town center; and a five minute bike ride to the Shining Sea bike trail. It also provides a great launching point to Woods Hole, the ferries to Martha's Vineyard and popular attractions like the Cape Cod Winery. Pets are considered on case by case basis and required $500.00 pet fee per dog.
