Come relax in this 3 bedroom 3 bath condo in the beautiful Mexico Beach, Waterside Village, is one short block from Mexico Beach's sugar-sand beaches. Perfect for a relaxing couples getaway or a family vacation you will long remember.

You can enjoy an afternoon laying out by the large waterfall pool with plenty of chairs and tables, take a dip in the hot tub, and then head to the beach for sunset. You are a short three minute walk to the beach!

One half mile from the city's boat ramp

There are some local restaurants just 1 block away or you can grill by the pool!

Mexico Beach is truly a special place away from the crowds but enough to keep you busy for a month. Nearby Apalachicola and Port St. Joe offer historic and charming shopping and fun. Only 20 miles from Panama City.

Pristine white sand beaches and blue waters. Being a quiet little sleepy town helped. No highrises, no amusment parks, just peace and quiet.

What makes this property unique

This condo is on the first floor in the middle of the complex and close to everything. Within walking distance of a bar and grill, a resturant and shopping.
