At Vacation Mexico Beach we go the extra mile for our guests because we know what we like and that's what we give you.

This 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit features a luxurious master suite with a King bed, a sunken tub and walk-in shower, a Queen bed in the second bedroom with en suite bathroom and at third bedroom with two twin beds. Perfect for a family or a group of friends! Fully equipped with "chef's kitchen" and high quality furnishings, this condo will create memories for a lifetime.

We rented vacation homes for years before buying and we know what renters want - clean, new and comfortable! That's what you'll get at Best Day. We provide every convenience in our kitchen - a regular coffee pot, Keurig and a French Press. Every cook's gadget you can think of. And yes, we have two bicycles for your use right downstairs.

The pool and hot tub area overlook the Gulf and the condo building is beautifully maintained. The outdoor shower makes it easy to keep sand outside as you come back from the beach and two large smoker grills are located on the main parking level.

Summerhouse is located in the heart of Mexico Beach (between the Driftwood Inn and The Vue) with a bike path right out front. Parents will love the city's playground and tennis court located right around the corner.

Beautiful condo!

This condo is gorgeous. It has everything you need down to beach towels and chairs. The location is excellent. We loved walking to Mango Marley’s for dinner and Caribbean Coffee for our morning cup of Joe. Mexico Beach has the prettiest beaches; white sand and the friendliest people. Can’t wait to visit again soon.

Best Day was Amazing

Best Day at Summer House was everything we hoped it would be. Clean, convenient, welcoming, comfortable with all the amenities you could imagine and then some. We had a great view of the ocean, the walk to beach was nice and easy, the parking garage we clean an easy to get in and out of. I cannot say enough good things about thi property. If you are looking for a beach vacation but hate the crowds, check this place out. I will definitely book with these folks again.

Fabulous views, soft sand and gorgeous condo

Our family had a magnificent stay at Summerhouse! With the beautiful views, charming condo decor and beach right across the street, our time was spent either splashing in the waves, playing in the sand or going for an evening swim in the pool. We cooked dinner nightly as a family in this well stocked kitchen and then went ghost crab hunting after dark. April was very accommodating and helpful if we had any issues. We will be sure to visit again as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Summerhouse!

Great Beach Condo

We had a wonderful stay at Best Day at Summerhouse Condos. Condo was clean and comfortable. Well maintained property. Kitchen is very well stocked. We easily prepared and cooked meals, and made use of the grill downstairs (there are 2). Loved the ease of the elevator without having to climb stairs. Short walk across the road to beach. Huge balcony with great beach views. Felt great to cool down in the pool. Covered parking for one vehicle and an area in the garage to store your fishing/beach equipment. Short walk (5 minutes) to ice cream and coffee shops. April is a wonderful host and communication is great. You will have a Best Day here. Would love to return.

This condo is stocked! My bestie and I have rented many homes/condos and this was by far the best stocked condo we’ve ever stayed in! Sometimes you feel like you have to bring your entire house with you and a car full of beach gear…not here! Floats, beach towels, beach chairs, bicycles, fully equipped kitchen, extra blankets/pillows, trash bags, laundry pods, the list goes on and on. I felt like we were actually sharing a friend’s home! The owner’s were SO RESPONSIVE! You could tell they were genuinely happy to have you share their place! Decorated beautifully, cared for impeccably, such a wonderful time at the beach largely because of this condo! Thanks Best Day for giving us our best days at the beach!

Our clean-up duties!

The condo is beautiful; with all the amenities you will need. Beds are comfortable; however, the one in the master suite is so high my petite wife couldn't get in it. Wonder why beds are made so high these days? Anyway, the first night there the thermometer malfunctioned, but it was repaired promptly the next day. We were there in January during a cold snap and the heat was very much appreciated! They charged us a cleaning which was O.K. with us. However, they left written instructions informing us we must strip sheets and pillow cases from beds, collect towels from baths and kitchen, and wash them. Also. we were to empty all waste baskets in the unit and deposit contents in dumpster at rear of parking lot. As i said, it was a cold day with a strong wind, and I didn't enjoy that chore at all! Seems these tasks should have been included, but we did them anyway because they have our credit card number and if they decide to add additional fees to our bill, that's a whole new headache trying to get our money back. We won't stay here again. If others who use VRBO experience this , please include in your review so we will know in advance.

Very Good! Great location

The room was great with plenty of room for my family of 6. We had everything we needed, wagon, air pump, beach towels,games etc. LOVED the little extra of dry shampoo and leg chafing cream(which we needed!)😁....we did have an issue with the kitchen sink but nothing google couldn't help us fix! It's a motion sensor faucet and we reset it and it fixed the problem....also the hot tub wasn't working for some reason, unable to fix that!😁... overall a great stay and highly recommend!

Beautiful Condo and Location

This was our second time staying at Best Day and it was as perfect as the first time. The owners have all necessities (and extras) covered. One of the first things my daughter commented was how nice the furnishings were. Owners are very quick to respond to questions and very accommodating. We hope to stay there again in the future! Great Place to stay

The condo is very nice with spacious rooms and nice furniture. Lovely view of the Gulf of Mexico and the water's edge. Convenient to good restaurants for breakfast and dinner. I recommend the Shipwreck Raw Bar on the Beach and Provisions in Port Ste. Joe. The move-in carts provided were a great help in getting everything moved up to and down from the fourth floor in one trip.

Myself, husband & two 10yr olds stayed comfortably here. Love the vibe of the condo. The interstate does run right in front, so you hear that vs the ocean most of the time. Beach was great! - large & not flooded with people, however, pretty windy. We got SO many beautiful shells. Super easy & quick walk to beach. Owners were great & easy to communicate with.

It’s a beautiful condo with the perfect view being on the top floor and directly across from the beach access. Included are all the things to enjoy the beach and/or staying in. We wanted for nothing. Would love to stay there again.

Lew grew up in Marianna and has been coming to Mexico Beach since the 1950's and Linda shares his love for this special place. April and Chris have been renting their other vacation rental properties in Mexico Beach since 2009 and can often be found fishing and playing at the Tip of the Cape in their boat with their dog Lady.

We looked for several years before finding this property. Summerhouse has the fantastic beach and Gulf views you want when you come to the beach and our unit has been carefully and lovingly furnished to provide our guests with the very best.

What makes this property unique

We walked through the front door and fell in love. Best Day is a beautifully decorated condo with a drop dead gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico that you can enjoy throughout the condo. The huge double balcony gives you a great 180 degree view of the Gulf of Mexico -- from sunrise to sunset. The master suite will make you feel like a queen (or king!) The pool overlooks the Gulf of Mexico as well, and a walkway takes you directly to the beach with even an outdoor shower. The covered (reserved) parking space ensures you'll have a cool car to get into when you ready to head out.
