We bought the house in July of 2014 and updated it to bring a beach cottage ambiance with blues and whites, while maintaining its uniqueness as a chalet style home. We live only 30 minutes away and hope to one day retire at the cottage.
Why they chose this property
Rye Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches we have been to in the Northeast. Restaurants, ice cream, coffee, surf shop and the general store are all only one block from the cottage.
What makes this property unique
This beach cottage is a unique Chalet style home with little nooks and tons of character with a spacious yard for games. The location is in a quiet neighborhood but near everything that the seacoast area has to offer. It has plenty of room to spend time together or simply choose one of the 3 decks to get in a good read.
