Lovely stay in Beaulieu sur Mer

The apartment was big and well equipped, located in the center of the village. The views are breathtaking overlooking St. Jean Cap Ferrat. Diane was a very good host and the communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely apartment with beautiful views

This was the second time we have enjoyed staying at this apartment. It is in an excellent location within easy access to shops, cafes, restaurants, beach, train & bus. The apartment is lovely. It is well maintained and has beautiful views of the bay & Cap Ferrat. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the yachts & swimming in the pool. Diane was extremely helpful and kind to us.

Apartment was in an excellent location. 3 minute walk to railway station, Supermarket, shops and Restaurants.Trains run every 15mins, so we didn't bother hiring a car. Monaco was only 12mins on the train.We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with great views of the sea and Yachts.Apartment was clean and well equipped kitchen.Communication with Diane was excellent.There is a lovely coastal path walk, which starts at the Hotel Royal Riveria and goes to St Jean Cap Ferrat.It was an enjoyable stay.

Nice apartment, excellent location & great views

Diane welcomed us at the apartment and kindly told us all practicalities. Great balcony overlooking the sea and CapFerrat, 3xAC units, swimming pool and short walk to the beach, Super-U store, restaurants and bakery next door, Good connections by bus/train to Nice/Monaco. We had a great holiday week in this apartment. Diane, just want to say thanks again!

Problems with the hot water system

There was no hot water in this accommodation for 5 nights. The owner admitted that the previous traveller renting this apartment had had no hot water for 3 nights.

Nice and spacious apartment in a charming area.

We had one week stay in the apartment in Beaulieu. The apartment was big and spacious with a nice sea view and short walk to both beach and commodities. The landlord Diane is a nice and charming lady who will help you if anythings needed.

Sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet, fantastische Aussicht

Zu viert sollte die Ferienwohnung mehr als genug Platz für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt in Beaulieu bieten. (selbst zu zweit dort gewesen) Man kann sich gut auf alle Räumlichkeiten verteilen und muss sich in keiner Weise auf die Füße treten. Die Küche ist vollumfänglich ausgestattet, was Geräte und Flächen betrifft. Allerdings müsste einmal versucht werden, für eine möglichst lange Zeit die für manche etwas unangenehmen, kleinen Mitbewohner loszuwerden. Soweit jedenfalls würde ich den Kauf von Schaben-Fallen aus dem Super U (lokaler Supermarkt) zu Beginn des Aufenthalts empfehlen. Nur ein kleines Manko, aber doch ein nerviges. Die Lage ist perfekt, kein Auf-/Abstieg nötig. Das beste von allem ist wirklich die Aussicht: Blick auf die Baie des fourmis und Cap Ferrat vom Balkon aus, die Felsen hinter Beaulieu von den Schlafzimmer aus.

Het appartement is buitengewoon in orde, mooi en zeer confortabel gemeubileerd, Alles is aanwezig, echt perfetto. Prachtig zicht op Cap-Ferrat zowel vanuit de living (die wel smal is, maar dat neem je er zo bij) als van op het terras. twee mooie ruime slaapkamers met uitzicht op het gebergte en op de stad. Wij komen graag terug.

We have stayed in this apartment in spring or autumn or both for several years. The apartment is very well situated, central enough for shopping, within easy walking distance of a variety of restaurants and the sea. It is very well maintained, always clean, very well equipped and comfortable. The balcony has a view over the roof tops to the sea and Cap Ferrat beyond. We find it an ideal relaxing base for a range of seaside walks and usually leave the car in the garage ( a real bonus in this area) taking the train from the nearby station to other coastal towns. We always receive a friendly welcome.

Schöne und gepflegte Wohnung in guter Ortslage

Wir haben die zwei Wochen Urlaub gemeinsam mit unseren zwei Kindern in dieser sehr ansprechenden, geräumigen und sauberen Ferienwohnung, die ganz nahe an den Geschäften, mehreren Restaurants, dem Bahnhof SNCF und einem gut sortierten Supermarkt liegt, sehr genossen. Jeden Tag war es sehr warm und wir konnten auf der Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer frühstücken. Das Beste vor allem für unsere Kinder aber war der Swimming-Pool, in den wir meistens sogar zweimal am Tag gegangen sind, es waren nie besonders viele Leute da und der Zugang wurde strikt kontrolliert. Zum geruhsamen Schwimmen oder abends zur Abkühlung nach einem Ausflug ideal. Die Küche war mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, Geschirrspüler, großer Kühlschrank, Tiefkühltruhe und Gasherd, außerdem ausreichend Geschirr. Die Betten und Matratzen waren auch in Ordnung, die Schlafzimmer liegen allerdings in Richtung Straße, bei geöffnetem Fenster kann es etwas laut sein. Beaulieu ist ein eher ruhiger angenehmer Badeort, hat zwei öffentliche Strände, wobei der Strand Petite Afrique der Bessere und Schönere ist. Man kann beide Strände von der Wohnung aus recht schnell erreichen. Ein Auto braucht man bei dieser Wohnung wirklich nicht. Mit Bus und Bahn kommt man überall gut hin, der Flughafen Nizza ist mit der Bahn in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Man steigt in Nizza St. Augustin aus und geht von dort ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Airport. Alternativ kann man den Bus nehmen (mit Umstieg in Nizza) oder ein Taxi, das aber recht teuer sein dürfte. Wir können das Café de la paix (ganz nahe an der Wohnung) sehr empfehlen, außerdem das L´ Escentiel in der Nähe des Hafens. Generell ist das Essen gehen im Restaurant gerade für eine Familie mit vier Personen recht teuer, die Ausstattung der Wohnung und die Nähe zu dem großen Supermarkt bieten aber alle Möglichkeiten, sich auch selbst verpflegen zu können. Wir können diese sehr schöne Wohnung in der zentralen Lage wirklich sehr weiterempfehlen. Die Vermieterin, Diane, ist sehr nett und war ab dem Zeitpunkt der ersten Anfrage bis zur Betreuung vor Ort immer ansprechbar, hilfsbereit und erreichbar.

The hostess was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. Close to all amenities including beautiful beaches, restaurants, supermarket, train and bus stop. The apartment was clean and pretty. We have been there twice and we are returning for the third year on 29th August which speaks for itself !

We stayed at this apartment and loved it !!!!

This apartment is in a perfect location , 3 minutes from large supermarket, train station, wonderful market, and gorgeous beach !!!!Property description is accurate and we were very comfortable. Unfortunately the pool area was under construction and the children 12 & 14 were very disappointed and then they discovered the wonderful safe beach so it actually didnt matter in the end. Denise the owner was wonderful and was at hand at all times if we needed her - I would definitely recommend stay here to anyone .

Very nice flat in good location

We spent a very nice time in this flat - the listing was very accurate, so there were no surprises. The place was clean - bathroom and kitchen are not brand new, but maintained and in good working condition. The balcony is an extra treat, and the view as pretty as the picture. From the very first contact the host was welcoming and helpful to provide information and reacted quickly to every inquiry. The location is very convenient - close to a very good supermarket, a selection of restaurants, beach, bus and train. You can manage fine with public transport - if you rent a car - be sure it is an economy size or it won't fit the garage! I would recommend this flat any time for a shorter or longer stay.

Deux fois plutôt qu'une

Mieux vaut tard que jamais ! Nous avons séjourné dans ce superbe appartement non seulement l'été dernier mais l'été d'avant et j'avais promis à la propriétaire que j'écrirais un témoignage alors voici. C'est dire combien on a aimé l'endroit. Prendre son petit-déjeuner avec la vue sur la mer en se chauffant au soleil du matin, tandis qu'à la fin d'une journée chaude, on retrouve la fraîche de l'ombre sur le balcon pour boire son rosé. On a eu trop chaud en revenant de la plage ou d'une excursion ? On plonge dans l'immense piscine. Et que dire de la localisation. Facile d'accès de Nice par bus ou par train, même que l'an dernier, on s'est rendus à Beaulieu directement de l'aéroport tout en bus, en moins d'une heure ! Il y a plein de bons restos - il nous en reste encore à essayer ! Et quel merveilleuse base pour explorer la région. Monaco, Menton, Antibes, Nice, Eze, que de beauté à quelques minutes de train seulement. Vous allez en Italie ? Faites un séjour à Beaulieu puis filez vers la riviera italienne. Vous aimez popoter ? Il ne faut pas manquer le marché et les formidables traiteurs des alentours. Pour un séjour agréable, relaxant, truffé de belles découvertes, c'est une option formidable. Et en plus, on se sent si bien dans le coquet appartement qu'on peine à le quitter. Comme nous, il faut y revenir. C'est ce qu'on fera avant longtemps. Bon séjour ! Les soeurs Roussin de Montréal

Bel appartement bien situé pour visiter le région

Propriétaire disponible et à l'écoute des locataires. Appartement spacieux, confort, climatisation avec un beau séjour et un balcon bien exposé pour les repas et vue sur la piscine et la mer toute proche . A deux pas des bus de la région et de la gare 10 minute de Nice par le train.
