Nice flat in quiet area to return to after busy days in the city. Only few minutes from train station with half hour journey from airport (costing 8 euro) well equipped and comfortable, friendly helpful host
Great, quiet place and such a nice host. Very walkable to the metro and bus stop (we expected to use the metro for everything but busses were very easy in Rome with google maps).
Anna was a great host- even helping us get a reservation for our first dinner in Italy! Quiet neighborhood near a metro for easy access to central Rome.
Location of the apartment was closed to public transportation and it was very convenient to get to the most famous sightseeings. It was closed to grocery supermarket and other places to eat. Anna is a very nice host and it was very easy communicate with her. We had a pleasant stay in her appointment.
This was a property that was a great value - very very clean - good location close to the train and walking distance to restaurants. You are not in the thick of the excitement - but it is quiet, clean, large enough for our family of five and the communication is easy and clear.
We loved our stay in Rome and were delighted with our accommodation. Anna’s place is homely and very comfortable, and it’s in a great location. We appreciated Anna’s very warm welcome, especially given we made an error with our anticipated arrival time and she had to wait for us at the house for hours. Anna was very gracious, and no request was too much trouble. We highly recommend Anna’s lovely place!
The apartment was way more in a neighborhood then we expected. We had to take a taxi for everything and there was only 2 goid restaurants within walking distances.

Buonasera and thank you for your feedback. I am sorry the apartment did not meet your requirements. However, the position in a quiet and central neighbourhood is clearly stated in the description. Public transport stops (metro, bus, tram) are less than 500 metres (0,3 miles) from the house so it is really not necessary to take a taxi. All these distances are illustrated in the property description. as are those of the variety of restaurants and cafés in the immediate vicinity. I suggest you do more careful research when choosing your next holiday apartment.
We had a wonderful stay in Tastaccio exploring the nearby sights. The Forum and Baths of Caracalla were within walking distance as was Eataly and restaurants. Our host was very helpful in getting us orientated and making sure we were comfortable.
Beautiful property in a great location. Anna was an amazing host! Her recommendations are spot on. She was very quick to respond to all of our inquiries and very helpful.
Look no further for an amazing stay in Rome!
Anna Paola was a gracious host who provided all the information we needed in detail. She greeted us warmly and offered us water and made us feel very welcome. The apartment provided all the comforts of home and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying here.
Four friends stayed at Anna Paola's apartment in SanSaba area. We easily travelled to all the sights in Roma by taxi, metro and bus, but walked less than we wanted due to the heat wave. Anna Paola had excellent suggestions for attractions and dining. The apartment was cool and comfortable after exceedingly hot tourist days. There was everything needed in the well appointed kitchen. The garden tree outside the window were charming as was the resident cat.Would recommend!
We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. It was in a great location, close to cafe and bars. The apartment was clean, spacious and had a feeling of home. Anna was wonderful, great communication from the time we booked until after we left. She also left notes and tips for our stay. I definitely would recommend this property.
Anna is a consummate host who met our every request, offered helpful and timely advice and provided needed information at every turn. Her apartment is roomy, well appointed and ideally located, quiet, yet very near the Ostiense termini, walking distance to many desirable locations. We had an enjoyable visit to Rome and hope to visit again. I
If you are wanting to be close to all of the sites but be in a quieter area of Roma and are willing to walk a few miles per day, this is for you. We were able to walk to many sites. We did use a service that picked us up to tour the Vatican but that was just one day. Anna’s place was clean and comfortable. She was very helpful during check in and communication was easy and quick. We enjoyed our time visiting Roma very much!!
We had to change plans a couple of times during our planned stay, the host was always very helpful and accommodating. Her restaurant recommendations were spot on!
The location is very convenient to the Ostiense Train station which makes arrival and departure to the airport very convenient. The neighbourhood is very quiet yet still a reasonable walking distance to many of Romes's attractions - this is the place if that's what your looking for
After a bit of miscommunication during the booking, all was great. I really liked the apartment and the host was very nice. She had good recommendations and made sure we had good directions to the train so we didn't have to pay for a cab to the airport.
Anna meet us and gave good show around apartment.
She also gave us useful information about places to visit.
Apartment was very well equipped with everything you could possibly won't and was clean and tidy.
The apartment was in a perfect location to travel into rome or go to the beach, rail , metro and bus links good and cheap.
Paul.
We love the neighborhood (which we know well) and always prefer it to over-stressed tourist spots. This is still real Rome where people actually live and work. San Saba nearby is wonderful, and the more spectacular Aventino and cutesier Testaccio also close. Good transportation both from Airport and busses/metro to rest of city. Excellent, helpful host.
We had a lovely week celebrating our father’s 70th Birthday staying in Anna’s apartment. The check in process was fantastic with such attention to detail. The apartment itself is really ideally situated - a lovely stroll to many cafes and restaurants and very close proximity to all public transport.
We would absolutely recommend this gem of an apartment. Anna also welcomed us with a local Italian cake which really was a lovely added touch.
Thanks for such a great week!
Our family of five had an absolutely wonderful stay in this lovely apartment! The neighborhood was very nice, quiet, and central, making it easy for us to explore the city while enjoying a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. The apartment itself was charming and well-maintained, providing all the comforts we needed for a relaxing vacation.
We were particularly impressed with the very good information provided before and during our stay, which made everything so much easier. Anna Paola was incredibly nice and welcoming, ensuring we had everything we needed and offering great tips for local attractions and dining.
Overall, our stay was great, and we would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Rome.
