Renovated and air-conditioned apartment with a living terrace centrally located on the third floor of a period building with a doorman and a tree-lined courtyard a few minutes walk from San Pietro / Musei Vaticani. 150 meters from the Lepanto metro station and 50 meters from the taxi station. Bus stop in front. Free WiFi (fiber optic), washing machine and iron. This is our second time here and in my opinion is the best place to stay. Close to the Vatican and many other attractions. Markets are nearby as well as restaurants and shops. Also the Metro is close too.

This was our favorite place to stay over our 2 week trip to Italy. We loved the neighborhood and how convenient taxis and the metro were. There were lots of nearby restaurants, a grocery store across the street, and smaller convenience store on the block. Donata is the most thorough host I've ever worked with and provided a wealth of information and helpful tips. Communication was excellent. We absolutely loved sitting out on the terrace in the evening. We would absolutely stay here again.

The apartment was wonderful, the location was great. We loved the outside porch, we sat out each evening with a glass of wine, after a busy day and planned where to go for dinner. We will definitely book again next time in Rome.

Donata is an amazing host. Communication was excellent and we really appreciated her meeting us at the door to make sure our check-in went smoothly. The apartment was so adorable and had every thing we needed. It sits in a wonderful neighborhood in Prati and was like coming home each day after exploring the many Roman sites. We will definitely recommend it to friends.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The pictures do not do it justice!Donata met us at the gate, provided all information about the neighborhood and gave recommendations for the best places to get Rome favorites like pinsa and suppli, and was so very helpful.I would definitely choose this apartment again!

Donata was an excellent host. She met us when we arrived and spent 30minutes proving details for grocery stores close by and hours of operations, nearby restaurants, etc. She was also very responsive when we had followup questions. The apartment was as advertised. The neighborhood is quiet. The temperature was 38 while we were there in August and the aircon kept us very comfortable. The apartment is around a 20 min walk to the Vatican and an hour walk to the Ancient Rome sites on the other side of the river. The subway stop is a 5 min walk but we chose to walk everywhere. Rome is too pretty to spend time underground! The kitchen was well equipped with a large pot for cooking pasta for four people and everything else you can need. The apartment has around a dozen plants inside and on the terrace which is a nice touch. I highly recommend

We loved this apartment. It had many places to eat at all around it. The taxi station was right up the street. The best part for me was the beautiful and relaxing terrace to relax and enjoy. We will definitely recommend and tell all our friend about this beautiful place.

The apartment was as shown in the pictures. Very clean & comfortable. We really liked the quiet neighborhood compared to the busy crowded neighborhoods in the tourist atttaction areas. It was a beautiful apartment skilfully blending old and new. All facilities were excellent, including little touches such as multi-national adaptors, umbrellas, shopping bags. Everything had been meticulously thought through. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. Recommendations and information from Donata were excellent. We would happily return.

Great location

Loved our stay here! Very spacious and close to the Vatican. We also walked to Trevi fountain (30 minutes) and the Colosseum (50 minute walk). Donata left great restaurant recommendations too!
