A Little Slice of Heaven

Hi Jim & Marisa, Just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed leasing your condo. It truly is a little slice of heaven. The view is magnificent and the location is prefect for accessing the beach, shopping & restaurants. Looking forward to spending time there next year.

New, clean, comfortable, breathtaking views, walk to restaurants

We were so relieved when we opened the door to this condo and found everything new and clean. Fresh paint, new rugs, new furniture including mattresses and linens. The couch has a pullout bed and my 15 yr old daughter and niece slept on it every night. They said it was comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed; but we ate out most nights. We always rent a condo or house when we go on vacation. It is very important to us that we sleep comfortably, everything is clean, and the owners are easily reached and helpful. This condo exceeded all those expectations. We loved walking over to the beach most mornings, having lunch at the pool in the afternoon, playing tennis in the evening and having cocktails on the balcony. The balcony was our favorite part. We slept with the doors open and heard the ocean waves all night-it was so breezy we didn't need the air conditioning all the time. It was glorious. Great perk: the condo association even provides a shopping cart to bring groceries up in the elevator and there were boogie boards for the kids available to borrow. Jim and Marisa had lots of local restaurants and activities for us at the condo. We tried the resort with the spa for massages and we then went and had appetizers and cocktails over looking the ocean. That was fun. We walked to Mulligans Beachfront Restaurant (very relaxed and reasonable dinner) one night. Some great shopping on the main street with a park and lots of ice cream shops. The outlets are worth a day to visit. My husband was going to golf and Jim let him know where the public golf course was. We got so busy though we couldn't get there. One morning we drove slightly north and stopped at a little cove where we swam and saw the pelicans. There were people there fishing and boating. Fun stop off. We also rented a pontoon boat (their recommendation) and had a fabulous afternoon on the water. We loved seeing the dolphins. Our ONLY complaint was there weren't lounge chairs on the balcony (but we may never have left if there were). The new owners had furniture there but they hadn't gotten the lounge chairs yet. We can't wait to get back there and sit on them next year. Great vacation. Great Condo. Everything you would want in a rental.
