Luxurious enjoyment within walking distance of the sea, incl private swimming pool & jacuzzi

This very recent, modern villa is located in a new, green residential area 10 minutes (700m) walk from the beach and marina. Everything is provided to make you feel at home immediately and to optimally enjoy your holiday. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, separate toilet, WiFi, satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen (built-in coffee machine, combi oven, dishwasher), washing machine, dryer, large swimming pool incl. Spa (56m2) with sun loungers, spacious terraces, enclosed garden, tasteful furnished interior. Fully equipped basement with bar, TV, pool table, ice machine. The entire house is equipped with a Sonos music system. Outside there is a built-in BBQ available.
A consumption of 20 Kw / day for electricity is included in the rental period. If this limit is exceeded, € 0.30 / Kw will be charged and you will have to pay this extra on the day of your departure to the keyholder.

The microclimate of the Mar Menor ensures little wind and no extreme temperatures. The flat environment makes walking and cycling extremely pleasant.

The Mar Menor is still mainly visited by Spaniards from the interior - they ignore the tourist costas, knowing where it is really good to stay. Authenticity is an asset in this region: local markets, rugged nature, therapeutic mud baths, ...!

Nowadays, the Mar Menor offers space for those looking for peace and cosiness, for a pleasant and warm holiday in any season.

The maximum depth of the Mar Menor is only seven meters.
Because of this low depth, the water heats up faster and in summer the water temperature is five degrees warmer than that of the Mediterranean Sea.

The Mar Menor has five islands: Barón, Redondela, Sujeto, Ciervo and Perdiguera.
The latter island has become an important attraction for tourists looking for a good bath, tasty sardines and an unforgettable caldero (rice dish).
There are a number of points on the coast where you can take a boat to this island.

Lovely stay but some complications

Villa was lovely and clean and the key holders were very helpful when are plane was delayed. However the area was very quiet and little around so struggled as we didn't have a car. Also there was problems with the showers leaking.

The villa was in a neglected state, with mould, rusted furniture, unclean, furniture falling apart, general disrepair which has clearly built up over years. Attempting to hide the most awful stained furniture with throws, far from what was advertised. Communication with the host was unresponsive, and the key holder was hostile. We strongly advise future guests to reconsider, especially as the owner is holding us responsible for what is clearly years of neglect.

Helaas was ons verblijf niet zo aangenaam als we gedacht hadden. We hadden heel veel last van muggen waardoor iedereen helemaal onder zat met bulten. Ook was het jammer dat er een probleem met het zwembad was waardoor wij twee dagen geen gebruik konden maken van het zwembad wat precies aan het eind was van onze vakantie.

Casa elegante pero sobrevalorada

La casa es tal cual en las fotos, muy grande y bastante amplia, bastante lujosa, aunque cuando llegamos había varios desperfectos y una de las camas se rompió cuando estábamos durmiendo la primera noche, arreglaron el somier al día siguiente, pero no hemos podido dormir bien por que el colchón se hundía por que no estaba bien la cama , el mantenimiento de la piscina bastante malo… tuvimos que llamar por que el agua estaba turbia y muy sucia, vimos a un muchacho en la casa de al lado y había dicho que vino por la mañana, pero estaba todo lleno de mosquitos y demasiado sucia.. A falta de tostadora y microondas, y para ser una casa para tantas personas las neveras no valen nada… además que congelador tiene para meter 2 bolsas de patatas, eso ha sido lo peor que hemos observado… por lo demás bastante bien, aunque un poco sobrevalorada por precio.

Nice and modern house in quiet area

Very nice and modern house in a quiet and modern residential area. The pool have a very good size,nice garden and garden furniture ,the basement is great for the leisure time.Nice and modern kitchen where you can cook together very well.Modern entertainment equipment. Not all beds in the bedrooms are comfortable(slat frame) . Small problems with cleanliness, but were solved quickly. But a nice holiday house

Fantastic villa

Just as it is on the pictures amazing villa Definitely got the wow factor Just a few small points alarm not working,would like to have been shown how to use everything as took us a few days to work it all out, blinds are not working in all rooms did tell key holder but he couldn’t get them working, electrics tripped out a few times so we had to go to main fuse box to sort it. But we had a great time and your villa is one of the best we have stayed but I think you just need to get a few things sorted and I am sure we will return

Wow! Amazing holiday had by all

7 of us went to this villa (5 adults and a 15 and 9 year old). We got the wow factor straight away from walking into the garden! The pool area is fantastic with a great pool and spa then lots of room for sun loungers and a great BBQ. There’s also a sofa in the garden too shaded with a large umbrella. Inside the villa the wow factor continued there is everything you could possibly need..great well equipped kitchen (only thing we missed was a kettle and a toaster as it took ages to make morning coffees - although the coffee machine is amazing too though). There is more than enough luxury bathrooms and lots of space for everyone. Then the best part for us was the basement - or the man cave as our teenager called it as he claimed it for himself - it had a pool table and Football table that kept the boys entertained all week! It also has a bar with ice maker etc which was great. Honestly the owner has thought of pretty much everything you need to have a luxury break away! We would 100% recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday away. The beach is a 15 min max walk away and there are a good few restaurants down there but it’s not a massive nightlife area but we were happy with that. Make sure you try the Capitan Grill Restaurant and the Lounge Bar above it for amazing food and cocktails 😊

Modern

9 of us travelled to this wonderful villa and had a brilliant time. As previous reviews have said it definitely has the “wow factor” when you arrive! Open plan with sliding doors to the outside area make the villa feel very modern and cool. Wendy was brilliant, she allowed us to leave our bags at the villa due to our flights getting in quite early even though check in is at 3pm. We did have a few problems with electricity turning off but this seemed to stop once the aircon was controlled more efficiently. Aircon wasn’t necessary 24/7 due to the sliding doors which allowed a cool breeze to always flow through. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come again! Would 100% recommend to others, thank you!

Very modern beautiful villa in good location

When we arrived at the villa we had the wow factor, stunning inside and out, but as we had two toddlers with us we found the staircase being open to the downstairs games room very dangerous. We had a fabulous week and the villa is very well situated for San Pedro town which is lovely, I would highly recommend this villa as the pool is fab, BBQ great and easy to use, villa is ultra modern and equipped with everything you could think off, ice machine was very handy, and the men enjoyed playing pool in the games room, we have stayed in many villas before but this one is top notch and will never forget my 60th birthday with my family.
