Welcome the day with coffee on the front porch in one of two rocking chairs. From the front door, you enter into a very large, cathedral ceiling living area that is open to the eat-in kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped right down tho the Keurig coffee maker and reverse osmosis water system. It boasts an 8ft by 4ft island that seats 8. The master bedroom, laundry room and second bathroom are on one side of house. The second, third, and fourth bedrooms as well as a bathroom and sun room are on the other side. There are two televisions in the house with Direct TV, one located in the living area and one in the sun room.
The master bedroom is decorated with soothing greens and blues and has a private bathroom with double vanities. It also has cushioned window seating that overlooks the front of the house. The second and fourth bedrooms are vibrantly decorated and both have queen size beds. The third bedroom has a full size bed that is decorated with custom bed skirt and pillows on a 100 year old iron bed. Access to the sun room is only through this bedroom. With no outside access, the sun room makes a perfect play area for kids to watch tv/movies in a safe environment. With large windows on three sides, liight floods the sun room almost all day. It also has a full size futon, so technically the house sleeps 10.
