This apartment is absolutely fabulous.It has all of what you need for a delightful holiday.It is close to the beach with numerous restaurants and also plenty of supermarkets.Also plenty of barsIt can sleep up to six people and there is plenty of room for each.The owners are just an email away if you have any problems and is sorted straight away.There is parking if required.It is the best apartment by far that we have stayed in and hopefully going back.

We had a wonderful time at the flat. Everything is as it is shown in the pictures. No AC, but fans are available. Very conveniently located close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. The old city is a stones throw away. We would definitely come back!

Location

This apartment is perfectly located. Short walk to beach, old town, shopping, restaurants and public transportation. The apartment is large and has all the equipment needed for a short or long stay. A large balcony can easily seat 6 and catches the aftetnoon sun.

Good points. Very close to beach and restaurants also bus stop.Bad points. Apartment was dated and a bit tired. Sheets are towels should be standard not 30 extra and 50 cleaning fee i thought was expensive considering there were only to of us.

Large spacious budget flat, with a large sunny balcony , however the holiday was totally spoilt by the 2 partially completed multi-story building straight across the road, rendering the balcony both noisy and dirty Would have been 4 star rating except for the building works opposite

The apartment was v good

When I enquired regarding the door opening sizes (my wife is in a wheelchair) if she could get through all openings I was told YES however the door to the shower was to narrow for the wheelchair I gave the owner the width dimensions when I enquired at the beginning of the booking he assured me it would fit through ALL door openings so my wife had to have body washes for the duration

It is not the first time that we accept people with handicap and we always try our best to help and support them during their holidays. With this customer it was a real nightmare. He called us almost every day and the comunication was very complicatred. We does not recommend him.

Apartment was huge.Problem was no air-con.Problem with fans for coolness,should have been 3 but only 2 worked.Contacted host but the faulty one was not replaced.All in all I would give apartment 8/10

Great location, near the boulevard!

We stayed for 2 months and had a good time! The apartment is big and lots of sun on the balcony so perfect for the winter! Contact with the owner was great; there were some issues at the start of our stay and Tony acted very quickly and soon everything was okay. The women who do the incheck don't speak English so we waited for half an hour because they didn't understand us when we called that we were arrived. We had to call again and speak Spanish... The main bedroom with bathroom was new and very nice. Unfortunately the kitchen really needs an upgrade and cooking with buta gas is not nice. The pillows for the chairs outside are not complete.We wanted to book for next year but it's much more expensive so we didn't. Great location and really clean apartment!!

Perfect location for a short or long stay

My family and had a great stay for 3 weeks at the apartment! We had minor but important suggestions on improvements like including bins in the bathrooms, better towel railings, extension cables for the rooms and a new kettle in the kitchen which needed replacing. We had an issue with the internet for the first week however, that was professionally taken care of. It is on a main road so if you work remotely or need it to be quiet, it may not be the best location as it does get noisy all through out the day and I had to find other places to work. It was easy to communicate and get answers when needed. The location is perfect and near everything you would need. The only downside would be the extra cost for staying in a parking house. That adds up daily and weekly as there is no onsite free parking and is something to consider if you have a car. We highly recommend staying here if you want an affordable place to be near the beach, shops, restaurants! Everything is walking distance

Il n'est pas indiqué dans l'annonce que nous avons un lave-vaisselle et qu'il y a une vue sur la plage. L'appartement a été rénové récemment. Je vous conseille de bien vérifier l'annonce pour votre prochaine réservation et d'éviter de faire des commentaires désagréables.

ABANDONO TOTAL DEL PISO

Pues del piso sólo destacar su ubicación, que es ideal y lo grande que es, porque de todo lo demás hay un total abandono por parte del propietario: - El extractor de olores de la cocina estaba literalmente descolgado, por lo que no funcionaba. - En los cajones de los armarios había insectos muertos. - Solo había una sartén, por lo que si querías hacer más de una fritura tenías que esperar a terminar una para hacer otra. - No había ni un recipiente/tupperware donde guardar algo de comida. - En uno de los baños la cisterna estaba rota, por lo que solo hemos podido utilizar la del otro baño. - En todos los pisos que hemos alquilado a través de esta página siempre hemos encontrado un poco de todo al llegar, y luego nosotros hemos dejado tanto o más para los siguientes inquilinos, pero en este caso ni una pizca de sal, hasta el punto de no haber ni jabón de baños para lavarnos después de un largo viaje. - Lo poco que hemos visto de la televisión siempre ha sido TV 1, ya que nos pusimos en contacto con la propietaria porque no podíamos ver ningún otro canal nacional y no nos dio solución alguna. Espero que entiendan nuestro descontento, puesto que somos una familia a la cual una semana de vacaciones nos cuesta ahorrarla todo un año y es una pena encontrar pisos en estas condiciones. (Tengo fotos de todo por si necesitan pruebas)

Tolle Wohnung mit idealer Nähe zum Strand

Mit unseren 4 Kleinkindern war es sehr schön, das dass Haus ein Fahrstuhl hat. Die Wohnung war absolut ok. Und die Nähe zur Promenade und dem Strand war super. Die Betten waren sehr Komfortabel. Der Preis war auch in Ordnung. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen

Magnifique séjour, bien situé et tout prêt de la mer

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans ce bel appartement ! Le propriétaire est très acceuillant et dispo en cas de questions. Belle terrasse au soleil. Hautement recommandé, si vous vous trouvez dans le coin.

Beautiful Calpé

Verblijf was ok,maar de keuken,kasten een vettig gevoel en naast de koelkast was de plint van de kast rot. Koelkast zelf was ok maar ver versleten. Balkom,leun profiel mocht geschilderd worden roest. Tweede kamer bij binnen komen niet echt een bed en niet confortabel spijtig plus bureau kast versleten en een van de 1zit zetel stuk hout af gevaarlijk!!!
