The apartment fully met our expectations. Beautiful view from balcony overlooking the surroundings. In the apartment have everything you need and air conditioner which gives comfort and convenience. It is located in gated neighborhood where the only those who live there have access. A large swimming pool and tennis court are part of the settlement. If you are with a car you can park outside for free. Above all is the host Philippe who was always available for any kind of help. Best regards, Vladan

Best view ever!!!

Phillipe was a fantastic host, very kind and engaging. We thought we had the prime position in the whole of Nice from the beautiful balcony. Great stay and hopefully we will return one day.

Great time in Nice!

Superb views and peaceful restricted area. Big balcony with awning was our living and dining room! Apartment was nice, clean and well equipped. Philippe is really nice person, and everything was going great. Thanks a lot of this wonderful week, merci beaucoup!

Lovely apartment with fantastic views

We had a lovely holiday in Nice and really enjoyed staying in this apartment. Although it is located just outside the city centre, there is a really convenient bus route ~10 min walk downhill from the apartment which takes you to the beach, city centre and the train station for easy day trips to other towns along the coast. We really enjoyed escaping the city to the peaceful surroundings of our apartment in the evenings, and loved eating on the balcony with its amazing views. The owner was very helpful and easy to contact if we needed assistance during our stay - thank you!

Wir, eine Familie mit einer 14 jährigen Tochter, verbrachten eine wundervolle Woche in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und zeigte uns bei der Ankunft die gesamte Wohnanlage. Wir konnten ihn während des gesamten Aufenthaltes jederzeit kontaktieren. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man braucht. Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer, Außenjalousien und eine Waschmaschine. Es gab sogar 2 Schirme für den Strand. Am besten fanden wir den Blick auf Nizza. Die meiste Zeit verbrachten wir dewegen auf dem Balkon. Den Pool kann man gegen eine Gebühr von 5 pro Person und Tag benutzen. Wir hatten uns am Flughafen ein Auto für die Woche gemietet um die Gegend zu erkunden. Man muss schon ein guter Autofahrer in Nizza sein um das zu meistern. Parkplätze sind am Abend in der Wohnanlage schwer zu finden. Wir mussten 2x außerhalb parken. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Il est écrit sur mon annonce que l’accès à la piscine est payant . En effet nous payons une personne pour la surveillance de la piscine 7 jours par semaine. Le tarif également : 5 euros par jour par personne . Seuls les horaires d’ouverture n’apparaissent pas car ils varient selon les mois : en juillet et août la piscine est ouverte de 9 à 20 h 30 .

Philippe nous a très bien accueilli dans son très bel appartement de Nice. Offrant un point de vue imprenable sur la Baie des Anges, cette location parfaitement équipée et spacieuse, nous a permis de passer quelques jours au chaud soleil de Nice. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir en ce lieu enchanteur.

Mycket bra läge med fantastisk utsikt, stor terass, fin pool. Philippe vår värd var hjälpsam och trevlig. Buss finnsi närheten som tog oss till stranden där spårvagn finns till stan och flygplatsen. Butik finns i närheten för köp av mat.

L’appartement est située un peu loin du centre de Nice, toutefois, la beauté de l’emplacement, la vue époustouflante, la magnifique piscine, font en sorte qu’on est très heureux de s’y retrouver. L’accueil est impeccable et sympathique, l’appartement a tout ce qu’il faut pour se sentir bien. On a juste envie d’y revenir !

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Wohnung verbracht. Sie ist größer und schöner als auf den Fotos und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wie ein Zuhause auf Zeit nur -mit exklusiver Aussicht! Besonders gefiel mir die Lage, etwas abseits der Stadt und dennoch zentral- in 15min (zu Fuß) ist man unten am Strand. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool eine zusätzliche Bereicherung. Wir hatten auch kurzen Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber, der sehr nett und zuvorkommend ist. Wir wollen wieder kommen.

L'appartamento si trova in un condominio molto bello con una splendida piscina e campi da tennis e gode di una vista spettacolare sulla baia di Nizza. Philippe e' un ottimo padrone di casa, gentilissimo e sempre pronto a fornire utilissimi consigli. Ci ritorneremo!

Appartement cosy avec belle terrasse et vue de rêve

Superbes vacances dans cette belle résidence avec piscine surveillée, belles prestations, Beaucoup de choses à faire et voir dans les environs de Nice, nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Philippe qui nous a très bien accueillis. L’appartement est très confortable, bien équipé (merci pour la cuisine pleine d’ustensiles !!) avec une terrasse plantée de succulentes, hibiscus et cactus superbes, et une vue fantastique. Appartement avec vue époustouflante sur la baie de Nice.

L'appartement est magnifique, bien équipé, propre, ensoleillé et surtout avec une vue magnifique sur la baie de Nice. Il est situé dans une résidence très calme avec parking et bien desservi par les transports en commun (en bus, la promenade des anglais est à moins de 10 min et le centre ville à 30 min). Philippe est un formidable hôte, disponible, serviable et d'une humanité rare. Nous avons décidé de revenir séjourner régulierement chez Phillippe.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Ein tolles Appartement, ausgestattet mit allem, was man auch zuhause hat. Es fehlt an nichts. Geschirr etc. in ausreichendem Umfang vorhanden. Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine funktionieren einwandfrei. Sehr genossen haben wir den Ausblick auf die gesamte Bucht von Nizza. Die Anlage liegt oberhalb der Stadt. Zu Fuß 20 Minuten den Berg runter bis zur Strandpromenade. Wer lieber fährt: Hinter der Anlage (100 m entfernt) ist die Bushaltestelle 51, mit der man in die Stadt gelangt um von dort mit Tram, Bus oder Bahn weiterzufahren. Die Verkehrsmittel in Nizza sind günstig, 10er Fahrschein 10 €, Tageskarte 5 €, Einzelfahrt 1,50 €. Autofahren in Nizza macht keinen Spaß, die Hektik, die Masse an Autos und Velos machen Autofahren in Nizza zur Nervensache. Und man braucht viel Zeit. Daher unser Tipp: öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nutzen. Viele Grüße an unseren Vermieter Philippe: es war ein phantastischer Urlaub in Ihrem Appartement.

"This beautiful and reasonably-priced apartment is quiet, well-kept and, best of all, it has a wonderful balcony to savor stunning views of Nice, day and night (the photos on the web are accurate)! Plenty of room for a family of 4. Just minutes from both downtown and the airport, it is well-situated for trips to the old city, the Promenade d’Anglais or to surrounding cities (and there is no problem parking here). The owner is tres gentile and ready to provide you with helpful information about Nice and the Cote d’Azur."

Best kept secret in Nice

The apartment looks even better than the photos online. Perched atop a hill in the residential Fabron neighborhood, it commands a sweeping view of the Baie des Anges in Nice. Parking is within the gated area for additional security. Philippe is a super host who makes sure all is taken care of. This spot is ideal for quiet couples looking for serenity away from the noisy touristy areas closer to the beach. Greatly recommended!

Vue époustouflante

Très satisfait de l'appartement, propre, bien situé, endroit tranquille, cuisine bien équipée et notre hôte Philippe était très gentil et avenant. Nous recommandons cet endroit sans réserve. Nice est superbe!!
