My wife and I live and work in Edinburgh, Scotland. For many years we have taken our holidays in Nice, so it was the obvious place to buy our own holiday apartment.
Why Graeme Marshall chose Carre d'Or
When searching for an apartment to buy, our priorities were, central location, ease of access from the airport, top floor level (with lift) and outside space with lots of sunshine. This apartment perfectly meets all those criteria. This is our holiday apartment, designed with us in mind, and it meets our needs perfectly - we hope you will enjoy staying there as much as we do.
What makes this Apartment unique
Nice is a wonderful city - there is something for everyone to do or see, and the weather is fantastic whatever time of year you choose to visit. The property was completely refurbished in 2011. We have sought to make the most of the space available in a simple, relaxed, practical, modern yet stylish way. All materials and fittings are of high quality giving a little bit of the good life in the French Riviera - we could all do with a bit of that from time to time.

Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
