Chatham Beach House with deeded rights to a path to Hardings Beach as well as to a path to Oyster River Boatyard. Five minute walk to the beach. Very upscale neighborhood. Five Bedrooms including a loft area with both living and sleeping area. Two bedrooms each with a king size bed, one bedroom with a queen plus twin bed and a 4th bedroom with two twin beds. There is also a queen size bed in the loft. New custom kitchen with high end appliances. Completely open first floor allows lots of interaction with family and friends.
The house is in Chatham, which is one of the nicest towns on the Cape. 8 minute drive to Chatham center. Downtown Chatham is always bustling with people. Enjoy the Friday night band concerts in Kate Gould Park, free to all. The whole town comes. Enjoy the Cape Cod Baseball League Chatham team. The games are played on most summer nights, are free, and again, the whole town comes. Very high quality college level baseball. Enjoy the beautiful shops, restaurants, art galleries and boutiques of Chatham's very special Main Street. Chatham is biking central. You see people on bikes everywhere including the Rail Trail Bike Path. There are many historic and natural sites to enjoy including the many beaches of Cape Cod as well as the National Seashore. Take a Whale Watching boat from Provincetown or go antiquing along historic Route 6-A. And then finish the day with a great dinner at one of the fabulous local restaurants serving fresh-off-the-boat seafood. The Monomoy Theater in Chatham has great summer stock productions. You will never be bored. Come make your own memories on the Cape and in Chatham.

Such a great property and convenient location. The set up of the house is perfect for a large group or families since the bedrooms are set away from the kitchen and common areas. The host was fantastic and gave us lots of information on things to do in the area. The host checked in with us on during our stay to be sure we were all set! Excellent customer relations! Unfortunately we were unable to check out the beach because of the weather but otherwise, it was perfect!

The Perfect Space to Reset and Reconnect

We loved our stay! The short walk to Hardings Beach was perfect for my morning self-care walks. The house had a great cozy room where we could unplug and enjoy a puzzle together as a family. Comfortable beds made for restful nights, and the spacious deck was ideal for sipping hot water with lemon in the morning or grilling a healthy dinner in the evening. A peaceful and welcoming spot—we’d definitely come back!

Perfect for a Family Gathering

Amazing spacious house with well equipped kitchen, lots of beds, lots of bathrooms (!), and lots of gathering areas for people to hang out. A great location walking distance to the beach. And the center of Chatham is minutes away. We were in town for a family wedding and Wendy worked with us to ensure our stay was great. I high recommend this property.

This property far exceeded our expectations! It is a beautiful, spacious, well-laid-out home in a gorgeous neighborhood. And, the beach was a hop-skip-and a jump from the house. Chatham is so centrally located that trips to P-town and to Hyannis (for the ferry to Martha's Vineyard) were easy. There was ample space inside and outside to congregate with family or to spend time alone reading or relaxing. We all agreed that we picked a gem of a rental property! Plus, Wendy, our host, was fantastic to work with throughout the process.

Wonderful and comfortable home!

You can’t go wrong at this house. My family was here for a long weekend and we didn’t want to leave. The house is big, close to the beach, and has everything you need. It’s also a short drive to Chatham’s downtown.

Chatham reunion

Our family came from 7 locations for a reunion in Chatham. We rented 2 houses. Seven of us stayed at this VRBO and 9 were at another house. I liked the design, cleanliness, and location of our house. Wendy, the host, was a great communicator and made sure we could enter easily, had heat, and made herself available should questions arise.

Beach Gem for Large Families

Beautiful home

This is a very beautiful, clean & comfortable home. It is close to shopping, restaurants, beaches, tourists attractions….anything you might need to enjoy your stay. It is also a place you can enjoy coming home to at the end of the day and also a place you can really enjoy hanging out in all day. Extremely quiet and lovely neighborhood. The well stocked kitchen (pots & pans, plates, bowls, etc) was perfect for the night we cooked in. Highly recommend!

Amazing!

My friends and I stayed at this beautiful home! We attended a wedding at the Waquesset Resort & Golf Club. The home was close to the venue and close to the town of Chatham. The house was clean, organized, well stocked with kitchen necessities. We had enough space and privacy for four couples and children. The rooms are spacious, plus there are four full size bathrooms inside. Wendy was very communicative and accomodating. She checked in on us in the middle of our stay to make sure we have everything that we need. We all had a great time and we shared so many memorable moments at this home. Thank you for hosting us and we will be back hopefully, someday.

Annual group golf outing. This year was playing Cape Cod. House was as advertised (actually better). Great quiet neighborhood as well. If you want to party and be loud this is not your place. If you want a great place that’s very clean and very comfortable and just want to relax look no further.

Spacious, immaculate, and convenient location

Lovely, spacious, immaculate home, with a number of upgrades--like central air--that made it great for our family of 9. In a beautiful neighborhood, it was only a short walk away from a private beach. We all looked forward to coming home covered in salt and sandy to a terrific outdoor shower. Our young kids loved playing in the large back yard and the adults sitting on the large deck. The kitchen was very well stocked and everything n the house worked . We had no problems at all. The owner was a dream to work with. This is a place you shouldn't miss if you want all these amenities plus closeness to grocery shopping, wonderful fish markets, and great downtown restaurants.

Our family lives in Albany, NY, and we visit the Cape as often as possible. It is a wonderful getaway from everyday life. The air is clean and fresh and it clears your mind.

Why they chose this property

Chatham is a special town and Hardings Beach is the quintessential Cape beach, often used for photo shoots on the Cape. The house is located in a private neighborhood abutting Hardings Beach. Each house has deeded rights to a path to the beach. At the end of a busy day having fun, the house is the perfect respite. Large living room to gather everyone. Huge dining table seating 12 so you can all enjoy meals together. Large custom kitchen to cook together and generous private back yard to relax in after dinner. Be sure to use the outdoor shower - everyone's favorite.

What makes this property unique

It is particularly nice to walk in our neighborhood and along the beach. The architecture is great to look at and the ocean never stops fascinating. There is a delightful walk of about a mile from Hardings Beach to the lighthouse.
